The logistics of hosting the draft in Pittsburgh isn't easy. The stadium sits at the confluence of the three rivers that pushes into a triangle. There are already enough issues with parking on the north shore, hosting the draft would be a major undertaking from a geography stand point alone.

Pittsburgh didn't even have a proposal for the draft so they made no effort to host it. Did cincy or Baltimore?

The steelers led the league in sacks the last two seasons. I think Bush, Nelson, barron and Layne are going to be the answer in conjunction with the rest of the guys on that side of the ball. The media love affair with the Browns is overblown and the pressure to perform is on.

Im not dancing around anything. Mack Wilson fell off big time in college. He went from being talked as a sure fire first rounder to falling to the 5th round because of his lack of impact on the field. He at the very least will be really good on special teams but i wouldn't count on him shaping the defense. He fell for a reason.

You boys drafted takitaki ahead of Mack. Mack's college production fell off the map as his college career went on, it's why he fell as far as he did.

The steelers never trade up so they obviously saw something in bush. They had a first round grade on Johnson and I'm not about to question them on drafting receivers. No other team in the league is close in that department. He has game speed. Brown didn't have good timed speed at central Michigan and he became rhe best wr in the NFL. Time will tell. I love Layne and his physicality and benny snell is a battering ram

The steelers have had a pretty damn good draft up to this point. I'm not jealous of the paper championship in Cleveland.

Read the dudes draft profile. I only responded in here because someone asked why he fell. He's a press man corner, he isn't good in zone at least not yet. He has effort concerns as he has a history of quitting on plays. There are nfl execs also saying he was the single most overrated player in the entire draft. He was also graded in the second round by several teams so it's not like his fall was some sort of shock.
