Cal,am in NC & carried mail 25 years. If any fraud happens? It's before or maybe after your carrier delivers.. or marks up any piece of mail..  Absentee nor Election Ballots are never to be addressed with Current Residents anywhere on them. Only can be delivered to address if consumer still lives there BY Name only..Any post office is struggling with non-career subs due to Covid. These are the underpaid, non-benefit folks, found trashing mail.at good pay, but no pride. Poorly trained by Supervisor's that some have no right sitting in that position. But seniority ranks them higher to win open bids for higher jobs.. And I've followed behind their 'take no pride' work. Subs are told to leave any unsure ballots for regular career carriers..Your Regular Carrier will than send back ballots as Deceased or Cannot forward, as says so on the letter(UTF).. it's up to the customer getting us the right delivery address if they move 

bro, Vegas is so screwed.. If they mailed addressee's to the wrong address number?. Those were all sent back to them as No such Address Number(NSN) Than the state of Nevada will have to pay USPS again to deliver them to right address.. Most issues don't come from the regular carriers walking the streets.Just ask one.It's the A'holes Supervisor's  at their offices & above..Would you wait 3 months after passing their testing to get approved for a 18.50/hour starting position?..and it get's worse..far worse..but i still show up everyday 🤓.. here to help if ya need
