Pro Football Pick 'Em--Week 11

Here's the college version.

 

It was an exciting week for the Browns, for the league, and for the contest. I know he takes a lot of heat, but props to RAC for not hesitating to send out Dawson for the 56-yarder. I thought it was crazy, but what a kick! And great job of Quinn, bouncing back from a Frye-like 1-8 start to finish with a DA-like 14-36. This is an odd team, and in light of the last MNF game and the opponent Monday night, I feel it wholly appropriate to channel Chris Berman a bit--no-one circles the wagons like the Cleveland Browns.

 

Oh, and there was a tie, the refs saved those of us who took San Diego and the points (I hate conspiracy theories, but if there's ever a need for the league to look into a game, that ending, plus something like a 13-1 penalty disparity... it's just odd is all). Plus, it took Yahoo a few days, but they finally gave those who took Cincinnati and the points the win in the game (which was disappointing for me, but was undoubtedly the right call)

Big Winners of the Week: Tupa and Ozzie shared the award this week, with 12 points each. Tupa's total allowed him to vaunt into second place by himself in the overall competition.

 

Shameful Dog of the Week: Ischy takes the prize with 4 points. Honorable mention this week goes to my old nemesis Childish Euphemism I Refuse to Type in Sweat Pants, who scored 2 points after apparently deciding that the late games on Sunday weren't worth his time.
