calfoxwc
First round: Earl Thomas s/cb 5'10", 197 4.43 He can be a safety or a cb. Joe Haden is a only cb who must not have run a better 40 at his pro day. GGG Second round: Jared Veldheer OT, 6'8", 321, 4.87 The Browns grab this big kid, who can learn RT behind Pashos, and can also learn to back up Joe Thomas, who doesn't have a legit backup. Third round: Akwasi Owusu-Ansah 6' 207 4.47 This kid can work his way into a starting cb spot, and can easily be a nickle back this season. He can do it all at cb. Jarrett Brown qb, 6'4" 220 He is very quick, and mobile, has a cannon arm BUT HE ALSO CAN throw a nice TOUCH PASS, and he is also accurate. He can learn the game behind Senaca Wallace, and compete one day with Quinn? for a starting job. Fourth round: Linval Joseph DT 6' 6" 322 A powerful big defensive tackle, who could excel at DE in the 3-4, eventually could be the backup at NT, too. Fifth round: Carlton Mitchell WR Big fast wr who can learn to be a terrific steal for the Browns. Trouble is, he really impressed at the combine, is 6'3", 215, and ran a 4.49 officially. so, he'll probably go in the third round at least, but bullcrap if I was going to start all over again with my dumb draft. So, he's the first pick in the fiFTH. I actually wonder if he will even be there in the third. We'll see. I'm so confused. @@ LOL Michael Hoomanawanui TE, 6'5" 272 Not proven to be much of a pass catcher at all, but will clean anybody's clock] on a running play. And, he can be a safety valve who can turn and knock people over. He's worth it here. Kurt Coleman S 5'11" 190 Terrific and fearless special teams player, and isn't a safety to not fear over the middle. He doesn't have great speed, but he's a solid safety once he's in the NFL a little while. Brandon Sharpe DE/OLB 6'3", 254 A smallish DE who can probably become a terrific OLB in a 3-4. A steal. Sixth round: Joique Bell, RB 5'11", 220, 4.56 - 4.7 A smart, powerful rb who has enough skills to surprise and contribute his first season. Went to a small school, but he can get short yardage TD's. You watch.

calfoxwc
Truth is, I'd be happier with this draft, if the TE could be a little more a threat in the passing game, (Ben Watson?), and if the first rounder was a big thumper lb - McClain and the like. but, maybe I still would pick Zac the quarterback. It's going to be interesting....
ClevelandFanForLife
i am willing to bet anyone that haden runs under a 4.5 at florida's pro day. did anyone else see his stance at the combine? he looked bunched up and needed to move his legs back in his 3 point stance. when is florida's pro day by the way? calfoxwc
I wonder how a Joe Haden goes to the combine, without training for the 40, etc. You wouldn't go to a trainer to learn how to professionally line up to have a great take off for the 40 yard dash? At the COMBINE? You'd just show up and whatever? Just sounds prima donna-ish, lack of work ethic. or something. Kyle Wilson with a small trade down? Priceless.
