Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

5. The FDA is being asked to approve the production of a drug called Flibansen. Or as it may become known: the little pink pill. It is the female version somewhat of Viagra. It is supposed to increase the levels of certain hormones that are considered "libido boosters". Do you think, overall, that women need a drug to increase their sexual desire?

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

My boys were with their mother in Indy. I am not the sentimental type so it was no big deal. They didi call me which was nice

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Yes. Brazil is unbelievable. Denmark impressed my also. The horn blowing is grating my nerves but i think overalll it is a great sports event.

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

Young people need to have hero's to look up to. What better place to begin that relationship.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

Surprised. I always viewed them as a pillar of the Big 8 (er, 12)...along with OK and TX. Change is not always good

5. The FDA is being asked to approve the production of a drug called Flibansen. Or as it may become known: the little pink pill. It is the female version somewhat of Viagra. There ain't a pill big enough to accomplish that. They already have TOO MANy hormone coursing through their systems. The hormones are what causes the metamorphosis into the anti-Christ

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

My own answers to my own questions:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

My kids took me out to breakfast, then my son helped me (or should I say, did it for me) download some photos from a recent trip onto a DVD, then we saw a movie.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

A bit. I have only seen bits of the US matches, but I did watch the big "upset" of the New Zealanders over the Italians. Yea, it ended up a 1-1 tie...but in what other sport could a tie be considered a huge victory for one team and a huge loss for another (and let's not bring up Gordon Gee)

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

Yes, in the sense that at least those who have never heard of anything that happened before they were age 10 got exposed to the history of the game, and their current miniscule place in it. They hopefully looked at those busts....even OJs (who half of them probably never heard of) and got a glimmer of an idea of what it took to get your head "stoned".

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

It will be bizarre, but will certainly end up in some kind of championship game. The big questions are: assuming there will be two divisions, how will they line up? If they have a title game, where will it be held? Will they play more conference games and few cupcake non conference games?

Well, of course, as a male I am going to say that anything that increases female horniness is a good thing, right? But like slowburn says....what else comes along with the package?

To me, the most logical lineup for the Big 10/11/12 would be:

East: Penn St./Ohio St./Michigan/Mich St./Indiana/Purdue

West: Illinois/Northwestern/Wisconsin/Minnesota/Iowa/Nebraska

But, does that leave too much (football) strength in the East?

Or how about:

North: Minnesota/Wisconsin/Michigan/MSU/Nebraska/Iowa

South: Ohio St/Penn St./Indiana/Purdue/Illinois/Northwestern

They will probably want the title games to be held in the pristine confines of the likes of the domes in Indy or Detroit or Minnesota....

But, I think they should be held outdoors....like in Cleveland Browns Stadium, or Soldier Field....or how about Lambeau Field?

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

I didn't see my dad. I worked all day.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Yes I have a pool with my best friend and I have been very intense about it.

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

Hopefully it will instill some of the rich Browns history and show them that we really need a winner in this town.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

Eh. Id rather have Texas. Still should make an interesting setup.

5. The FDA is being asked to approve the production of a drug called Flibansen. Or as it may become known: the little pink pill. It is the female version somewhat of Viagra. Dude, whatever works. If it gets girls more horny I am all for it.

yea the east would be alittle top heavy with the cream of the league. Sooooo, what you do is park Notre Dame in the west. it would be a perfect fit. ND needs to understand that they aren't the elitist football

program they view themselves as. I am not going to go into recent wind and losses but i think it is evident to most that ND needs to reevaluate how they fit in the foodchain. It has been a long time since they

were the great whilte predator feeding on the guppies and bottom feeders. It is time to place tradition and pride before revenues and profits. Give up your national tv network contract......tell the subway

alumni it is time to start playing with the big boys on a weekly basis. No more 15 year home and away agreements with the service academies.

Hell yea, any of the above stadiums would be perfect. Open the beer booths and procure some sponsors like Makers Mark.

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

I called my father, but otherwise nothing.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Absolutely! What a horrible call by that Mali judge!

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

I think it will give them a sense of the history of the greats, their accomplishments, and the heart it took to get there.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

I like it. I'm a The Ohio State University Buckeye fan before anything else, but I am also a Big Ten fan. When the Big Ten as a whole does well in Bowl Season, it means that good Big Ten teams will get more respect from the media. When the Big Ten as a whole does crappy in Bowl Season, then we can't really complain about the lack of media respect.

The Big Ten needed a 12th team so they could have a championship game. It means they will have playing and practicing within 40 days of a National Championship or New Year Bowl rather than the 65 to 70 days OSU has had in recent memory. I think it brings more legitimacy to the Big Ten as a competitive BCS conference.

I'm glad the team they added is a quality program, with lots of winning history. A big time program that will only add to the power and legitimacy of the Big Ten.

Its just too bad that the Big 12 survived. If we ended up with the PAC-10 and the Big Ten becoming two 16-team super-conferences, and the SEC raiding the ACC and Big East to do the same, then you have essentially 3 BCS conferences (and maybe a 4th if the remainder of the Big East and ACC combine with Conference USA or raid the MAC). Does the MWC become a BCS conference in that scenario? In any case, if the 11 conferences merge into 8 super-conferences, then you have a legit BCS playoff scenario where the conference winners go to the playoffs.

Depends on why the women are withholding sex.

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

Hung out with my girlfriend. My dad is passed and no kids ... but I got a nice card from my dog.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

I pay attention to the scores, but can't watch the games that buzzin noise is irritating.

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

Give them a sense of how great the Cleveland Browns are.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

I think it's funny that the The Big Ten has twelve teams and the Big Twelve has ten teams.

5. The FDA is being asked to approve the production of a drug called Flibansen. Or as it may become known: the little pink pill. It is the female version somewhat of Viagra. Not that I know of.

Regardless how they divide it up, the Michigan/OSU game must always be played, every year. If these two schools are in opposite divisions, then they only rotate 2 division games instead of 3 every year. However, my speculation is, they will both end up in the same division.

Lakes: Northwestern, Ohio State, Michigan, MSU, Purdue, Wisconsin

Plains: PSU, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska

Ohio State doesn't really fit the Lake as it is further than Indiana and about the same as Penn State. Wisconsin is only about an hour from Lake Michigan. Not sure how far the two Michigans are.

Penn State doesn't really "fit" either of those themes, but being further from the Lake than Ohio State or Indiana, they gotta go in the other category.

or how about

Trophy: Ohio State, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois (or Penn State or Michigan State)

Medal: Nebraska, Purdue, Penn State, Northwestern, Indiana, Michigan State (or Illinois)

Penn State/Minnesota have the Governor's Bell trophy game and Michigan/Michigan State have the Paul Bunyan trophy. Ohio State has the Illibuck trophy game with Illinois (2nd oldest trophy game in the FBS.)

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

Had my parents over for a cookout, only one of my 3 sons were able to be here.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Yes, it's growing on me, but not the horns.

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

It might give them a sense of history that they never had.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

I think it's odd. I figured it would be Rutgers & Missouri, from everything I read (maybe they aren't done yet). It may set up the possibility that OSU/Michigan will never play for the title ever again, which would suck.

1. My son drove in from Milwaukee for a Saturday golf outing which we've attended for several years now. It is one of the best weekends of my year. He had to leave early Sunday morning. Later, i went to see my Dad (80 years old). He is my role model.

2. No

3. i think this is great. We grew up with all this history right in our backyard. These guys may have thought to attend the HOF at some point in their past. Now they have, and it can only help to inspire some.

4. i'm not a big college football guy. But if i had to pick a couple of schools to join the Big Ten, Notre Dame and Nebraska would be at the top of my list. Lincoln is a great Big Ten type town. Nebraska fans are nuts for their team. It is a great fit.

5. i yield to Skippy as the expert on getting hot girls to want you. He seems to know all the tricks.

Nothing. I don't have a dad or kids.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Absolutely not!

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

I would think that every football player should see the HOF so I am happy to read that they did this. I would hope that the trip would give them the extra motivation to try even harder to end up there in the future.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

I love it! we needed that one more team and they play a style of football that fits right in. And they have a great tradition and great diehard fans. Bring on the conference championship game.

My girl doesn't but I think that some women definately do.

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

I got a shirt from my wife and son that had the Browns helmet on it: Cleveland's/World's Greatest Dad. Also went to my father in laws, and saw my step dad. All in all had a good day, along with a few cold ones.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Nope!

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

Hopefully they will realize they are part of a great football tradition! If I'm the coach, I'd make every new player, free agent, or rookie watch the History of the Cleveland Browns DVD.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

I don't like it.

No. Definitely not my wife! :D

Here are this week's Survey Questions for the Summer Solstice:

1. What did you do for Father's Day? (or what did your kids do for you?)

Me, my son and my dad took the boat out for a little fishing trip.

2. Have you been paying any attention whatsoever to the World Cup Soccer?

Watch some highlights, I'd be happy if the US wins other than that who cares

3. The Browns took their rookies on a tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. What, if any good do you think that would do?

They get to see there teammates Josh Cribbs and Jerome Harrison's jerseys in there. Gives them hope and motivation to beleave they can do it to.

4. What is your opinion on Nebraska joining the Big Ten?

Love it, better competition is only gonna make OSU better.

5. The FDA is being asked to approve the production of a drug called Flibansen. Or as it may become known: the little pink pill. It is the female version somewhat of Viagra. From my experience they dont need it, maybe its just my good looks. Womens sexual drive peeks in there 30's so I guess this drug would be for grandmas? I really dont wanna think about that.

Heres how I think the conferences should be split up

Ohio State, Nebraska , Iowa, MSU ,Minnesota, Purdue,

PSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Northwestern,

Michigan and Ohio State have to be in seperate conferences so it gives the opportunity of OSU and Michigan in the conference championship

1. My dad died back in the late 80s but I still wished him a Happy Father's Day.

2. Other than learning what a vuvuzela is, no.

3. If they took advantage of the experience, I hope the rookies learned a little bit about what they have to live up to and were inspired.

4. Cool.

5. A few of thoughts: 1) I was trying to pronounce "Flibansen" and it turned out to sound something like "Flib and sin." This made me wonder what "flibbing" could be. 2) I think some women can truly benefit from "better living through chemistry." However, I think an attentive partner can often go along way toward mitigating the need for drug therapy. 3) Whenever I see a man's eyes light up over drug induced libido enhancement for women, I have to wonder how he'd feel about his daughter taking a drug for this purpose.
