Nice bullshit helmet to helmet hit Harrison.....cant take the animal out of him....well cheap is what i expect from Steelers. And shut your mouth Ike you Retarded neanderthal

Helmet-to-helmet hits are only illegal on qbs or defensless recievers. By rule no flag should have been thrown on this play.

Unlike you ignorant Browns fans, the Steeler fans were quiet during the injury and cheered for Cribbs when he got up!

Remember a couple years ago when you asshats wree cheering for Ben to be a vegetable when the Browns knocked him out?

Take a lesson!

Glad to see Cribbs is okay. Hopefully he can return this game. If medics took precautionary measures and put him on a strecher I for one would not make fun of his injury.

" using any part of a players helmet (including the top/crown and forehead/hairline parts) or facemask to butt, spear, or ram an opponent violently or unnecessarily; although such violent or unnecessary use of the helmet is impermissible against any opponent, game officials will give special attention in administering this rule to protect those players who are in virtually defenseless postures."

thats the wording. I fully expect a fine to leveled against him.

It was necessary to tackle him you dimwit.

I love how there was no whining here when McGinest led with his helmet and hit Ben.

You're full of it- that was TWO helmet to helmets- the second was clearly intentional they're both going to get fined. Take it to the bank.

His first hit was 100% legal. Cribbs wasn't throwing or catching the ball. That's not a flag no matter how much you spin it.

Harrison clearly jumped to avoid helmet contact on the 2nd one. Goodell has made a history of fining legal hits so no one knows what Goodell will do next.

Did you see that?

That's called toughness ... getting up and walking off the field under your own power. It was a helmet-to-helmet collison, not just a fat guy falling on ya. No need for drama removal of facemask, no need for backboard, no need for gurney, no need to have head strapped to a plate, no need for glorified thumbs up. Leave the field and try to talk to trainers to allow you to return to the field.

Both hits were clean but how about the chicken shit kicking the ball.......he was scared to death to fall on it!

Surely you Browns fans have seen hard hits before.........after all the other team usually hits hard even if yours doesn't

Stone Ward got penalized AND fined for the exact same type of hit in the Bengals game. Don't make excuses for that kind of bullcrap.

Awesome.

Has Cribbs ever thrown a SB game winning TD with 34 seconds left in the game with cracked ribbs?

We seen a similar hit in our game against the Bengals, although our guy didn't have room to take a few steps before tee'ing off on the receivers head ... and best yet, we also seen a flag after our guy made a more athletic and less cheap shot hit.

Thanks for playing though.

So despite the rules stating otherwise you are still saying that hit was illegal. No spinning, Just a yes or no answer.

he went helmet to helmet ... was that legal ?

Could he have opted not to go helmet to helmet and made a better tackle ? the intention was to hurt and he succeeded and the league is trying to prevent that.
