slowburn
MJD (#32) got his bell rung going for the tackle on the Hood interception.
floridian321
David is the 2nd highest rated QB in the league, maybe you should stop going by last year. Try again.
hoorta
What the Browns have to do is keep Jones-Drew contained to a reasonable number, and make Garrard beat us with his passing. He plays hot and cold- if he's on- it could be trouble. Though they're 5-4 their only quality wins came at home against the Colts and (if you want to call it that) the Texans. Finally the Browns offense gets a (relative) breather against the Jags D. 28th overall, 27th in points allowed, 21st in rush D, and let's see what Colt can do against the 29th rated pass defense, and only averaging 1.5 sacks per game, well down on the list. Yeah, and I noticed that rating is based on- when he's on- he's on fire- 120+ qb rating. When he's off, it's below 65. We'll see which Dave shows up on Sunday. Jag4life00
The key to beating the Jags is stopping MJD. Its 50/50 with Garrard so take your chances, when hes hot look out, but when hes cold he will be your best friend. Keep in Mind the Jags haven't won 3 games in a row in over a year so the odd's are against us.

I think the Jags will pull out a win but its not going to be a cake-walk I could see the game going either way, its all up to which Garrard shows up honestly. He hasn't had a bad game since getting his concussion against the Tacks. So hopefully that doesn't change. But like you said if we have success with MJD he will be able to utilize the play fake and roll out of the pocket and do what he does best. Jag4life00
Thats when the Jags are at best, when MJD is blowing it up and the play action is real.

I think it depends not only on Gerrard but also the trick plays and the weather. The heat can be our weak point as experienced in Tampa.

I don't really expect to see to many trick plays on sunday but I could be wrong. IMO the team that plays more physical on Sunday will win.
silverbackattack
I think it depends not only on Gerrard but also the trick plays and the weather. The heat can be our weak point as experienced in Tampa. It's mid-Nov. Heat is no longer a factor down here. It will most likely be mid 70s or so, a long, long way from the 90s. It's very pleasant from Oct - June down here. Pretty much in 60s and 70s, oh, and in June maybe low 80s. Only July - Sept. is it hot enough to jack up teams not used to FL heat. When they claimed McNabb got sick in the Super bowl due to heat exhaustion, that was total bull shit. It wasn't even hot.
Earl34
Having watched the last two Jacksonville games, I will tell you that their skill players are extremely dangerous. MJD requires significant gap integrity and setting the edge. Garrard makes some nice throws when not under pressure but is inconsistent. They love the bubble screen and the seam route for the TE. That said, our best bet is to simply keep them off of the field. Their defense allows large windows to throw into. They don't have much pass rush. The are inconsistent against the run but there are typically opportunities.

However, if they start off slow and fall behind the floor tends to fall out from under them.

Our secondary is not very good to boot. This might be a good week to start Colt on your fantasy team. I'm thinking first team to 30 wins.

Porterhouse
He hasn't had a bad game since getting his concussion against the Tacks. Possibly due to the fact he has played against some of the worst defenses in the NFL? (Appendix 1) Cowboys, Appendix 2) Texans) Those two defenses alone are enough to make Todd Boumann a HOF candidate if he were still playing for the teal and black.
