LOL, by the time Artest is done with the NBA, he'll bee too old, beat up, and slow to play in the NFL. But in answer to your question- probably a lot. And hate aside- LeBron probably could have had a HOF career in the NFL as a TE if he wasn't even better @ BB.

bjh2130
I think a lot could play in the NFL and be successful. You look at Antonio Gates who was a basketball player in college but a probowl tight end in the NFL. I know you say well he played football also in college but he has admitted himself he thinks he is better at basketball. There was also a basketball player at Cleveland State like two years who wouldnt even be considered to be an NBA project but was drafted in the NFL draft like 5th round even though he didnt play football in college. Not to mention the Greg Paulus' of the world who play basketball for 4 years then when they realize they can't make it in NBA and go to play football and become a starting quarterback at a division 1 school. After of course he received a workout from the Indianapolis Colts.

I remember the Browns giving him a workout and then never heard about it again. It's not as easy as it sounds just because you can hoop and have some size and athleticism.
