miktoxic Posted December 12, 2010 Report Share Posted December 12, 2010 i got woke up at 2 o' clock for this shit? got stuck at home and had to watch the flippin' steelers game. wow how bad does carson palmer want to get out of cincy? anyways, what is buffalo our new rivals? we play like shit against them everytime we meet. fxxkin 6 fxxkin points......are you serious? mangini better have his foot half way up each and every player on the team right now. an epic fail all around. but don't break out the fire everybody wagons yet. we all new this team wasn't that good. BUT they are headed in the right direction and i see the playoffs next year if we draft as good as we did this year. you just can't sleep on any team in the nfl. "on any given sunday". but delhomme has to go. now. packers getting beat by detroit. WTF? only decent game i saw highlights of was the oakland jax game. don't sleep on the jags. it might be a dirty south super bowl....atlanta and jax. (hey at least my asshole friend who woke me up brought a 12 pack with him.....starting to feel a little level now......at fxxkin 5 o'clock on sunday. yikes!) Come on! i'm really not behind firing mangini, but even with our lack of talent on offense, we need to be doing better than this shit. throw dabs not under the bus but in front of the thing. and put delhomme in his front pocket. they SUUUUUUUCKKKK! there's better options out there for OC that we shouldn't have to watch this garbage. Jax will not make the Super Bowl. i know you're a steeler's fan and yes they are one of the top 3 teams in the AFC (IMO). besides new england i wouldn't want to have to play JAX in a meaningful playoff game. you're lucky your team won today. did they even have an offensive td? they better draft some OL next year. i know ben is a beast but how many times are you going to let this guy pull himself up off the ground? Mik We're 10-3. Karma isn't a bitch because Pittsburgh is winning football games on both sides of the ball. We have a "red zone bugaboo" at the moment despite Redman scoring against the Ravens. Ben has been banged up but he's still making plays. We just aren't punching it in as much. We're down Aaron Smith, both starting tackles, Heath Miller is out. Yes every team has injuries and I'm not making excuses, especially when we're winning games. However they are contributing factors. If we had Max Starks back the offensive line would be playing a lot better and even as it stands Ben is still getting the protection he needs, at least ENOUGH protection. On certain plays he has a great pocket, others it's more suspect. A lot of his sacks are coverage sacks and as a Browns fan you should know the theatrics he pulls off to make plays. He hangs on to the ball because of his ability to extend the play. It also contributes to the "non-call" factor because refs assume he'll extend the play when really a whistle should be blown. He was getting SMACKED well after the ball was released yesterday. No calls. The real question much like "when isn't Palmer in a giving mood" is when hasn't Ben gotten sacked? He extends plays and hangs on to the ball rather than throwing it away. I'd wager we'll draft a guard in this up coming draft, possibly Mike Pouncey. I want the team to go that direction but I'm not a member of the front office so we'll see. All I know is we moved the ball on Cincy yesterday. Dominated the time of possession and the yardage numbers were severely lop sided. There was nothing lucky about yesterday's game and once again we still outscored them offensively 9-7. And thank you for the kind words. I too respect your opinion when you're being objective and not slinging the sh.it. I do that myself so it's a wash. I'm really not here to troll but when I voice my opinion and I'm always blunt I guess it can be perceived in that manner. I come to this board for the "objective posts" and the posted articles.
