Soju
http://www.newbernsj.com/sports/hardesty-9...tball-torn.html We really need this guy to come back healthy. He says he's about 70%, but he'll be good to go in a few months. He's not making cuts yet, but is running. He had a similar injury during his first year at Tennessee, I just hope this is the last of them. He can surely bounce back to have an (major) injury-free career--look at Big Z (Granted that's basketball, though.) Hillis is a beast, but even he has been urging Hardesty to hurry up and heal so they reek havoc together on the AFC North--so there doesn't seem to be any envy between the two, and they will work out fine as a duo sharing the duty. HIGHLIGHTS on Hardesty in case you forgot what type of runner he was: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJJiHPqy8xE
miktoxic
man i hope this guy can stay healthy. i love hillis but i worry about his durability when the defenses just pound on him all game. yeah he does his own share of pounding on people, but how long can that last? we need another guy that can change it up. Nw220
Yeah i want him to stay healthy as well but i dont want him to spilt carries with Hillis we need to feed him the rock more than to Hardesty and let him spell Hillis when he is tired, i wish him the best in his recovery and those are college highlights correct? Hillis has NFL highlights
AlbinoRhino40
Its easy to forget how talented this kid is when he is on the field. He was a steal as a late 2nd round pick... if we can keep him healthy. Kid is an excellent runner
Tim Couch Pulls Out
I'm worried about his knee health though. He cuts ridiculously hard, you can see it in his upper body. Either he doesn't have any core muscles, or his cuts are torquing his body to a ridiculous extent. Granted, after a couple months in the weight room with an NFL trainer, that should put all the muscles on him that he'll need and doesn't have. BrownIndian
Should we still draft a back big ? I know the Hardesty recovery is exciting, But I dont wanna bet big bucks on him staying healthy consistently.
daddybull1
With an 18 game schedule on the horizon, the running back position will be the one position affected most by the additional games... It's not too far fetched to see 3 running backs sharing time in the backfield... Peace T.Dawg

Peace T.Dawg Seems that with the additional games and wear and tear it would make sense to enlarge the total amount of players a team can carry through out the season. Nw220
Yeah i wish for him to recover as well just thought it was a bit of a reach to jump up and trade him when you knew he had knee issues but if he can come back from it and do big things then damn what a draft class that would be
