The entire mass of McGinest landed on his head after it had already slammed on the ground. The hit wasn't that hard but the weight of his own body and then Willie's weight certainly amplified it. Were you not listening to the announcers? They continually said that the NFL in these sort of situations ALWAYS takes the utmost precaution and that he may not be hurt that bad but because it was obvious head trauma they didn't want him moving on his own. If the EMT's thought even for a min that Ben's injury could be serious, of course, they are going to take every measure to not make it worse. THATS THEIR JOB. Have you heard Ben talk about how much he hurt? Of course not. Who knows, maybe he felt he COULD have came back. Maybe he wanted to. He's proven to be one of the toughest qb's in the league, & with that lack of O-line he has to be. "He should have taken Advil." Haha, how many snaps have YOU taken? We don't play the game and have no effect on the outcome of it. So we become fans and come on forums to discuss the game with other fans. What fun would it be if we couldn't get in useless arguments with rival teams? Not much. When squeelers fans come on here they give good points and i've seen countless times irrelevant comebacks like, well your city is full of hicks or non sense like that. I just think as a fan it is good to get into a controlled debate and have useful, educated counter arguments in order to make things interesting. That's all i'm saying. I think it is safe to say the steelers have been a better team than the browns for a few seasons, but instead of acknowledging that fans [put the goggles on and depend on historical facts than present time. Thanks for being logical and using common sense when you post. The only problem with that is I actually have to think when responding. When I get responses such as "shut up stupid hic" it doesn't take a for year old to make a response. When someone actually uses common sense and logic I actually have to think.
