That is just one indicator, that we are in big, big trouble in the very near future. Remember Coward-Piven. Those who want to overload our economy and ruin it, so they can install a new one - socialist/fascist. Look at Venzuela and Chavez. Mr. T Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 I do work for many real estate brokers in the area, they say that it is a buyers market right now; especially with all of the homes that have depreciated. Some home have gone down from 180k to 136k within the past 2 years. And around here those are starter homes approx 1,200 square feet at most. The larger more expensive homes are not moving at all. I have a friend who happens to be a builder and as of 2 months ago him and his brother have lost everything that they have worked their whole life for.
