Xanthros Posted January 13, 2011 Report Share Posted January 13, 2011 Well maybe these last few games were a good indication of how Mangini was scrambling to save his job so it reflected on the team...? I like the thought of him (Shurmer) remaining calm and in CONTROL with the QB's specifically. I believe the HC/QB relationship is probably the most essential in the game. Lets see if history can get this one right for us. I trust the FO to do the right thing to get this team in order. I just hope that the cards they play all work out. A great example of HC/QB is Peyton Manning...with Dungy he played more focused. Not so much with Caldwell in command. Caldwell looked so clueless in that playoff game it was pathetic...and Manning was heated at the end because of poor coaching...go figure.
