We need Tom Tupa Posted January 31, 2011 Report Share Posted January 31, 2011 The Browns have hired former UMiami OC and Steelers QB coach Mark Whipple to serve as QB coach. Schefter thinks this means there wont be a OC for now. We also hired Bill Davis to be LB coach. He has experience with the 3-4 and 4-3, and seems to have used both as a DC.
