They're publishing it because it meets the test of a subject matter that the American people have to debate how you want to go use these weapons, whether it's drones, whether it's cyber, whether it's special forces. It's a leftist Obamao disgrace of devastating proportions. Where, oh, where, are the Hecks and Sheps who were so "outraged" that Bush and Cheney "outed" Plame? "outing" made them so "outraged". And yet, Obamao can "out" whoever he wants, whatever he wants..... Once again, Heck and Shep have some apologizing to do. Once they get up some honest nads someday. Except she was NOT an undercover field agent. And it was Never NEVER Bush and Cheney. It was Richard Holbrooke. But the dem "prosecutor" didn't care. He refused to go after RH. He couldn't get Bush and Cheney either, and got Scooter Libby on a technicality. Meanwhile, Obamao is stumbling, fumbling, and "votes present" while mass murders of innocent women and children are occurring. Obamao fiddles while innocent Syrian people burn. he's scum.
