BadNewsBrowns
I wish I could ask Pat Shurmur one question. Why would you kick the extra point with our offense looking so horrible? As soon as DQ scored they shot to Shurmur and you could read his lips saying "one" and sticking up his index finger. I knew that would come back to bite us. Before I logged in I was going to say how long it would take for the fan base to turn on Weeden, looks like one game. Richardson made the one the years best hits in week one other than that the O-Line didn't give him many holes. Weeden was god awful, if he doesn't vastly improve soon the chants for Colt will be hard to ignore. We have a 9-7 defense and as of right now an 0-16 offense. How can our offense be this horrible for so long? This is the fourth season since Mangini took over and dismantled things. At least with Mangini we could run the ball. This new regime comes in and preaches the West Coast Offense and have produced no results.

Dick Mellon
You are in error sir. The Offense improved in virtually every statistical category under Mangini. Furthermore, the Defense as well as the Offense improved in nearly every statistical category as well under Mangini. Holmgren ignored these facts and fired him. Mangini should have never been hired to begin with, he is fired and he was so good that in the 2 yrs since he has been fired no one has hired him as a HC, he was never that good. Now you may argue that SHurmur is worse which could be, but lets not long for the days of less mediocrity.
