Got anything else to add?

I am being lazy today..

Can someone get the injury lists for the game. Are we getting Cameron back?

Also on that subject... Have we even once tried a two Tight End set.. I have no idea where the hell we picked up that Dray guy, but he is really looking good. I know it got called back on a replay, but that fingernail catch of his, when Hoyer threw it almost into the dirt was incredible. He has made some great catches. Plus he is a fucking tall load just like Cameron.

I think this would give us a great look... I formation, two TE set with two WR.. Instead of this predictable run right bullshit that we keep taking to the well..

I hope to God they have a more creative offensive playbook for this game.

Looks like Cameron is a no go for this game.. Also we are likely losing Hawkins for this game, which really hurts.. He has been a good target for Hoyer on those 3rd and longs..

Looks like everyone else is healthy.... Knock on Wood, but maybe our injury curse is finally over......

Actually, we did a ton of two tight end formations last week, as Dr. Dray played in 45 of 67 snaps and Gary Barnridge, State Farm Agent, played 43 of 67 snaps. McQuistan even had a few snaps as a third tight end in goal line situations.

"third tight end"

That's being generous

Ya, we have two other TEs on the roster, but they brought McQ in to pound people, as Tour pointed out in his OL thread. I see a McQ touchdown reception in the near future.

Maybe McQ can catch... :)

He, Thomas and Bito collapsed their side of the Ravens' D on our 1st and goal play.

With Hawk and Cam out tonight, I sure as hell hope they find a way to make some running lanes for somebody in the ground game.

How many games has Cam played in this year? Two? Three? Sure isn't helping his case for a big money payday...

I love how everyone gives this guy so much shit and he just never responds. I just picture a guy similar to Pettine standing there with sunglasses on and flipping everyone off

Speaking of 3rd TE. I see Jake Stoneburner is no longer on the Packers roster. Our local Buckeye residents should be familiar with his name.

Texas isn't local, but yeah... not a bad option at all.

It does state Hawk as a game time decision. I was going off someone else's comment about him being out.

I would think he would want to be in this game no matter what, so he will probably gut it out.

If he is out though, That leaves Austin, Gabriel, Moore and Benji. Suppose they could give Rodney Smith a play or two. At 6'5" he would be a giant among men for the WR Corp

Hawkins is out? Last I saw he was game time?

That would be correct.

Read a Pettine quote yesterday that he's betting on Hawk playing... but I think it's premise was "if the decision falls to Hawk".

I'll see if I can find it again.

EDIT:Browns coach Mike Pettine said Hawkins will likely be a game-time decision.

"I know it's real important to him," Pettine said. "I've been led to believe that it will be a game-time decision. If we leave it up to him, he'll go, just knowing the type of player that he is."

Always thought he was good. Not sure if he is making it in the NFL.

He's had a couple good showings previously. Do I think he's going to be some monster athletic TE? No. I think he'd be a decent pass catcher in a tight spot though.

As for the game tonight. Terrible weather, two teams with massive injury lists, and both teams from Ohio. The DERP factor should be off the scale.... I look forward to it.

Sorry, interpret DERP factor.

Excited to watch the Browns live for the first time this season. They don't show the Browns in this area. A win would be evidence that they are legit.

... and give us the same record as the Cowboys, who you said would "crush us" two weeks ago.

Feel good about the game, but hope the weather is not a factor.

Hawk ain't gonna miss this game.

If Hawk does play, I'm wondering how effective he will be. Hasn't really been able to practice, and it's a short week. It'll be interesting to see.

As for Stoneburner - I've watched him since his HS days. I saw him play a few times his senior year, and then of course at OSU. He's got athleticism and size to be a phyiscal WR, but not a TE. Even if he gained weight, it wouldn't be to his advantage. That's what made him such a mismatch in HS. He was never really used properly at OSU. But he always reminded me of a faster, more athletic Joe Jurevicius type, whose hands weren't as good.
