I am sure those Homeland vehicles are there because they fully expect the local PD to not be able to deal with the upcoming stupidity/rioting. I would let them destroy their own neighborhoods. Use the DHS and the local response to quarantine off the neighborhood. Sick of seeing people having to stand in the way of idiots trying to destroy their own community. Let them.
