Booker Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 Here's what got me. Remember the first Ravens possession - where Stover kicked the 41 yard FG. There was holding called on the play before that and it was declined. This is probably why I'm not a coach, but don't you take the penalty and force them to put it in the air to get the first down? At worst, they could run a draw and get 6-10 yards back. When the Browns declined the holding penalty, it seemed that they conceded the 3 points.
