It would be pork if it were passed for any reason other than trying to stimulate the nationwide economy under different circumstances. Are frisbee golf course attendants and pooper scooper poeple the jobs that we need to fill? Getting people with college degrees and those laid off of blue collar jobs are the jobs we need to create.
