miktoxic Posted May 10, 2015 Report Share Posted May 10, 2015 i'm no expert but the fact no other team offered him a deal meant he fell back to the browns. i think they are in negotiation mode where he is guaranteed a certain amount of pay based on some nonsense but i doubt he signs anything when he wants more money. miktoxic Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 farmer and pettine love the DB position. you could have said (and i did) that that position was the most stacked the browns had prior to the draft, yet they still drafted that position. gipson proved to be a great player last year but the injury might have the FO wondering if he'll be back to same level of performance. i'd love to see the browns sign him but i wouldn't put it past farmer and co. to let him walk. i.e. the patriots, steelers, seahawks etc...... biz decision.
