For all intents and purposes, the NFL and AFL title games that were played in 66/67/68/69 are the equivalent of the current NFC/AFC conference title games. By the way....The Browns lost 2 of those....1968 to the Colts who went on to the privilege of losing to the Jets in SBIII, and 1969 to those Vikings who went on to lose to the Chiefs in SBIV.
