Matt Lauer should have stopped periodically to roll his eyes and shake his head. When she was claiming the black guy as her dad then defended it by saying "well he is a father figure" (something to that effect), it gave me douche chills. If she feels she's a black woman in a white womans body that's fine, but the NAACP isn't entitled to hire here in a high position just because of that. She lied, end of discussion....all this silliness not withstanding. They shouldn't be hiring anyone based on race anyway. Why should they get to discriminate? Race is made up anyway. Genetically the various races differ slightly but ethnicity is a social norm we made up. And it is the NAACP. It's almost like a black person trying to sign up for the KKK.
