Here is a set of trivia, with the first few dealing with training camp locations:

Answers:

1. The Browns in their history have used 5 different sites for their summer training camp. Name these 5 sites:

1946-1951 Bowling Green State University

1952-1974 Hiram College

1975-1981 Kent St.

1982-1991 Lakeland CC

1992- present: Berea, either BW campus or their own training facility

2. Four (4) NFL teams currently actually use the stadium they play their games in as the site of their training camp. Name these teams.

Make it 5: The Bengals, Patriots, Cardinals, Texans, and Jaguars.

3. One NFL team currently trains at a site that was once the emergency atomic bomb shelter for the US government. Name the team and the site.

The New Orleans Saints hold training camp at The Greenbriar in White Sulfur Springs WVa. former site of the emergency evacuation bunker for the US Govt.

4. Two schools had 10 or more players selected in the 2015 draft. Name these two schools.

Florida St. had 12 chosen, Louisville 10

5. The Browns selected the only players from this school taken in the entire 2015 draft from which Power 5 conference school?

The Browns selections of Xavier Cooper and Vincent Mayle of Washington St. were the only WSU players taken in the draft. Some P5 schools had just one player selected by a single team, but Browns are only team to take multiple players.

6.A. Per the PFR Career Average Production stat....which player in the NFL in 2014 had the most "productive" season in 2014?

JJ Watt of the Houston Texans

B. Per the same stat, who had the most "productive" season in NFL history?

LaDanian Tomlinson San Diego Chargers 2006. Second best season ever by that stat was OJ Simpson 1975

7. Name those teams that have lost 3 or more Super Bowls.

Broncos lost 5, Bills, Vikings, Patriots lost 4, Dolphins and Cowboys 3 each

8. Brian Sipe threw for 4000+ yards in 1980. In NFL history prior to that time only 2 QBs had ever thrown for 4000+ yards in a season. Name these 2 QBs.

Joe Namath in 1967 and Dan Fouts in 1979. In 1980 when Sipe threw for 4K+ so did Fouts.

9. Who was the first person in the history of the NFL to both rush for 100 or more yards and gain 100 or more yards receiving in the same game?

That would be one Mr. Jim Brown, Fullback of the Cleveland Browns who did it on 9/15/1963 where he gained 162 yards rushing on 15 carries plus 100 yards receiving on just 3 catches.

Caveat: note I said "NFL"....there was an AFL player to do it before JB: Billy Cannon in 1961, but JB was the first to do it in an NFL game)

10. What was the last season where on average per team per game, there were more TDs scored rushing than by receiving?

That would be as far back as 1956 where teams on average rushed for 1.2 TDs per game, but only had on average 1.0 passing/catching TDs per game. Every year since there have been more passing TDs per team per game than rushing.

11. Name the 6 coaches in history who have the highest number of wins over .500 in their career?

Example: Marty Schottenheimer's career record is 200-126-1 or 74 games over .500. (he is 7th best...name the 6 better than him)

Don Shula +172

George Halas +170

Paul Brown +109

Bill Belichick +102

Curly Lambeau +94

Tom Landry +88

12. Bill Belichick just won his 4th championship as a HC. Name all the other coaches in NFL history who have won 4 or more titles.

Paul Brown 7, George Halas 6, Curly Lambeau 6, Vince Lombardi 5, Guy Chamberlain 4, Chuck Noll 4.

Didn't we draft Billy "Boom Boom" Cannon also? Seem to remember that we did...

Also only reason I can think of that I would have had a Billy Cannon football as a kid...

He was drafted by the Rams, but chose to play with the AFL Oilers instead.
