It's not about people who have their money in lots of different places, it's not about people who employ accountants, it's not about any of that. It's about people who are "unable to manage their own affairs due to "marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease”"

 

So you would not be excluded just for employing an accountant. You would be deemed mentally able to sort out your own finances, and therefore would not be qualified. Think about who would be disqualified from looking after their own finance, and that list isn't very long, but it does include people who maybe shouldn't be owning a gun.

He is going to ban "one of the most-used AR bullets by sportsmen and target shooters.
