When Obama and the democrats controlled all 3 branches of government and he was ramming legislation through he said elections have consequences. Since then both the House and the Senate have changed hands to republican control as the voters have spoken they don't want Obama to be in total control but elections don't have consequences when his party loses and he is going to try and rule as a king anyway either by executive order or any other means he can to by pass the checks and balances put in place and over ruling the will of the people.
