Tour2ma
Been saying for a while now that Haslam is doing a great job leading this Organization... here's more evidence. Only concern I came away with is the what's going on at Jimmah's scalp line... Dermatologist time. http://www.clevelandbrowns.com/media-center/videos/Jimmy-Haslam-Full-Press-Conference---801/f7a6e190-acc3-488a-897f-49422ee2d82f

Nice job with that Tour! A big part of football is self evaluation; and this guy wasn't afraid to look in the mirror to see his early/rookie mistakes. I think a lot of us are happy we have Farmer and Pettine taking us in the right direction. Coincidentally, they've given us 2 of the best back-to-back off seasons we've seen this side of 1999. miktoxic
i hope the big 3 continue to do their post season wigwams away from all the BS that is social media these days and put their feet up and continue to talk. all these guys seem no BS down-to-earth cats. a couple of cigars and a bottle of bourbon sitting on a porch listening to the frogs belch and talkin about the direction of the browns seems A OK with me. if HE/THEY are smart enough and can keep the group they have in place now together for more than 2-3 years it will be the change that this franchise has been looking for since the 80s. jrb12711
I think the thing was obvious for me from the start with Haslam is dude wants to win. I think he's now got a much better sense of what that means as an owner and is really starting to show and express it. I really think as the seasons go on he's the right mix of "do what it takes to win" combined with the understanding that he has to trust the guys he's hired to do that. TexasAg1969
I like this front office from top (owner) to bottom. They have a long term winning formula in place which includes being able to look clearly in the mirror and look clearly at all the players to see who can make it eventually. My boy (JM) is in great hands to bring him along as long as he continues to do his part in learning all it takes to be a pro-QB. Same is said about all these guys. Desir is another good example. Not a top pick but they are working with him because he practices to get better and has that upside. Same for Mingo. They know a two armed player is far better than a one armed one who had guts enough to try anyway. FO does not let a month of practice or a couple of bad games get in the way of player development, regardless of outside pressure to toss aside and replace. If they think they really have a player for the long run they stand by him.
