Same playbook in the energy sector when they look for scientists to suggest global warming is magic. At least with this diet stuff we don't need PhD's to tell us one way or another about the ill effects of excess salt, fat and sugar. We all see it for ourselves. What probably should be known and the medical community needs to talk about more are the epigenetic changes that occur and that we pass on to our children when we indulge in the excess western diets. It just never ceases to amaze me how money in this world seeks to veer people away from the truth of their environment. And many if not most, seem to fall for it.
