They will take another big hit again if they shut down the government. They will be trying to shut down Planned Parenthood from their couch. Just to hurt those particular people he hates. However, we all know that winning elections is about image control. If the GOP wants to win, they will have to avoid looking like shit again during a government shutdown. He is a rino establishment guy - and a hawk to the enth degree.
