I know he's there so I'll add one.

Hag2 wins more cake betting on games than her husband once again this weekend.

Modest start to the season...

Weekly Results ... Prev ... This .. YTD

Straight-up ........... ----- ..... 2-2 ... 2-2

Vs. the spread ..... ----- ..... 1-3 ... 1-3

San Diego @ Cincinnati (-3.0)

A horrendous Pre-season Game 3 shook me off my Cinci conviction in the real Week 1. My bad. And while I am tempted to repeat that mistake the operative word in any thoughts along that line is "mistake"...

Prediction: Cinci 34 SD 27

San Francisco @ Pittsburgh (-5.5)

SF looked better than I ever dreamed last week, but that was vs. MN... in SF's house.

Prediction: PTG 34 SF 23

Baltimore @ Oakland Off (AKA "even")

Uncertainty over Carr's hand kept Vegas away, but he's probable and so in my book are the Raiders.

Prediction: OAK 27 BLT 17

Tennessee @ Cleveland (+1.0)

The most dangerous bet in Vegas is one on the dog after the odds have flipped who is the dog and that's what the Browns are facing this week. After our boys opened a 2-point fav and rose to 2.5 at mid-week, the flip came on word that Josh was failing to clear protocol.

I've been burned too many times fighting the flip when I believed it was the right thing to do... and right now I don't believe.... but I will gladly be wrong.

Prediction: TN 24 CLE 20

Ray Horton is one guy I wish we had right now. And a good offensive coordinator. The play calling better not stink this week. Because Tennessee has improved under Horton.

and to Kyle Shanahan: nothing like being a crybaby and breaking your contract.

Just win! I don't care what the final score is.

Great job on that Steelers pick buddy!

Keeping on living that "Steelers are finished" fantasy for the tenth year in a row.

I seriously can only imagine how cool a person like you is when after the team you support wins the first thing you do is come write on another team's fan board. Keep living the dream.

FINAL: OAK 37 BLT 33 - W/W

Great call on the Raiders Tour, I didn't give them a prayer

Thanks... once Carr was a "go"...

Then again I thought OAK was the winning pick last week as well... :)

He will pick Pittsburgh to lose every week.....

And Z went 8-8 a couple years in a row... not all that long ago actually...

Not to mention that after 2 weeks he's .500...
