Otherwise he would have read that even the Islamic council wants to know wtf is wrong with this teacher and what her intentions were. So even muslims weren't happy about this. But that's usually info that gets in the way of Cals narrative.

I'll just interject- this is the Crusades 21st century style- I don't trust Homeland Security to be able to prevent a Paris style attack in the good old USA- it's coming folks.

Parents are upset about the song. And Muslms are upset about it, too. I'm not happy about it.

After the Paris attacks, etc... why would any "teacher" do this??? With the word "explosion" in it???

 

More like, it should be obvious this "teacher" is on the left - tweaking common sense and decency to

show that the teacher "has the power to offend".

 

I mean, read this:

The teacher then involved students, but Susan Negron, the grandmother of one student in the class, said she would not have known the middle schoolers were singing the song had her grandson not accidentally brought the lyrics home.

“I believe that by singing this song, the children feel comfortable believing that maybe Allah is the only god, and maybe that they should start following him,” Negron argued, “and that I’m not OK with.”

Even an official with the Council for Islamic American Relations is wanting know the teacher’s “intention.”

“Especially with the recent attacks ISIS has been doing, knowing that this potentially Islamaphobic backlash might come about, what was the teacher’s intention?” Council spokesman Ojaala Ahmed said to KCAL-TV.

Now, psycho bitchers cleve/woodypeckerhead/149...show me where the subject is unwarranted, and personal attacks are justified. Parents, and the Islamic council is concerned. AFTER THE PARIS ATTACKS?

Is it a matter of pushing "academic freedom" way past the original intent? Or the teacher wants to join the terrorists?

Why be offensive, indoctrinating kids about the poem, AFTER the paris attacks with the word "explosion" ???

I don't see where it's unjustified to bring it up. It's another liberal offense by a liberal teacher who is

flagrantly being controversial, and really, offended both conservatives and liberals alike.

 

And the left defines itself by pushing the boundaries of decency and acceptability, at ever turn, way past

acceptability by most folks.

Don't put this on Cal. What do you expect when you schmucks would rather spin, defend, and be apologists for, rather than criticize anything leftist or liberal? Not holding my breath for that to happen anytime soon.

 

Secondly, try and keep up with the posts. Cal doesn't "paint people here as liberals" until you a-holes attack the messenger Cal first. Don't attack the messenger. If you choose to attack the messenger from the get-go then you've got coming whatever leftist label you get.

 

Thirdly, its more of a movement rather than a conspiracy. Perpetrated by the left, the source primarily coming from academia...you know, those that think they know better than anyone else of how things should be.
