jiggins7919
I believe it, and I'm completely stoked. Our radio guys made an excellent point on yesterday's show: Yes, Hue Jackson ran successful offenses with the Bengals, when he had immense talent, but he also ran a decently successful offense while coaching the Oakland Raiders, and their talent level was far inferior to Cincy's. Further, this means that Flip will be snapped up by another team, as we've heard that he has received substantial interest from several other franchises. Hue will most certainly run the offense, and whatever coordinator he hires on offense (if he hires one), will be something of a glorified QB coach. The big question is...who will run the defense? Maybe we can keep O'Neil! Bwahaha...I kid, I kid.
Chicopee John
Hue Jackson, man wow, who gives a flying fuck. Another loser. Why, Heck? What makes him a loser and somebody you don't like?

Tour2ma
Looks like I was wrong (happily). Jackson finalizing deal with Browns. Will not get on plane to NY tomorrow Nice report... was hard to see this one coming... and not saying that just because I agreed with you... mostly because, but not entirely... This is an interesting note: "... the Browns offered 'significant personnel control,' NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported." Assuming it is true, I want to hear the details behind that offer. Chicopee John
FYI, I am delighted to have a 'coach in demand' land with The Browns. Not this will mean success or not but it does give credibility to the team. Might attract players and / or FA to Cleveland. Nothing about Pettine but he was the x-squared person to be offered the HC job so he didn't have the type of appeal or credibility that Jackson now has. I like the choice, although that has no bearing on anything. Optimism helps, though.

jcam222
Wonder if he will bring Zampese as his OC? I would think because Jackson's background is as offense of Cordinator he's gonna want somebody to run his style of offense. This guys done a decent job with Dalton and I believe was a candidate for a head-coaching job with the Lions last year or the year before.
