I doubt this guy could have jumped through the flaming hoops it takes to get a CCW in that dump. As for the rest of us, yeah you should definitely concealed carry if groups of scum are going to be out looking for people to attack. Sure there's always people that will tell you that groups of white males will jump you, and it probably does happen occasionally but not nearly with the frequency that it happens with blacks. Show me one video of it and I'll show you fifty of blacks doing it. Given the choice of being surrounded by white teens or black teens I'll choose the white ones 100% of the time.
