gftChris Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 Interesting article from a ravens site http://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2016/2/15/10987622/how-many-good-quarterbacks-have-the-cleveland-browns-passed-up Basically the premise is, going by where we picked, who could we have had? Not comparing to the QBs we ended up with - we all know how that's gone. But basically saying, because of where we've drafted, or who we currently had (ie Tim Couch meant not picking a QB high in 2000-02 for example), that in the last 15 years, the only real bad passes have been Rodgers and Big Ben.
calfoxwc Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 no, didn't want rapistbooger. So-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o tired of lamenting the past. Lookin forward with the great coach hire, the first great coach of the Browns since '99. Let it go, it's the past.

Like a QB reach for example when a better edge rusher is on the table. Have we ever done that or will this be a first?

Johnny Manziel over Derek Carr looks disastrous. Or "David Carr" as this Ravens idiot writes. Zombo

TexasAg1969 Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 Sonny Weaver approves of this message. "I need five minutes. Okay? Five minutes, then you can fire me."-Yeah Sonny could easily fit in with the Browns FO
Canton Dawg Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 Let's see, the list of starting QB's in Baltimore looks like: Vinny Testeverde Jim Harbaugh Trent Dilfer Scott Mitchell Eric Ziere Stoney Case Tony Banks Elvis Grbac Jeff Blake Kyle Boller Randall Cunningham Chris Redman Anthony Wright Steve McNair Troy Smith Matt Schaub Jimmy Clausen Ryan Mallet Joe Flacco Looks like the Browns weren't the only team looking for a QB over the last 20 years. Hi kettle, meet pot!

Hi kettle, meet pot! Well except for one minor little difference. Two of those Ravens QB's actually won Superbowls.
TexasAg1969 Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 with great defenses. seriously. Therefore we should get another QB. LOL!
Mudfly Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 Therefore we should get another QB. LOL! Hahaha...played right into your plan.....pure evil....
Canton Dawg Posted February 18, 2016 Report Posted February 18, 2016 Well except for one minor little difference. Two of those Ravens QB's actually won Superbowls. There are 15 warm bodies between Dilfer & Flacco, so even Ozzie struggles to find a decent QB. Don't forget AG, guys like Jeff Hostetler, Brad Johnson, and Jim McMahon were SB winning QB's too!
TexasAg1969 Posted February 19, 2016 Report Posted February 19, 2016 Hahaha...played right into your plan.....pure evil.... I like a guy who recognizes genius when he sees it.
The Gipper Posted March 1, 2016 Report Posted March 1, 2016 Only/biggest regret of all these was in not picking Rodgers.
