Clevfan4life Posted March 11, 2016 Author Report Posted March 11, 2016 god I miss that guy. Him and joe dirt would have made so many more classics
Clevfan4life Posted March 11, 2016 Author Report Posted March 11, 2016 There's guys I want to see traded that are good players, but we gotta trade them now while they have value. Thomas and Haden come to mind foremost .Haden for sure, if he has another down year his trade value will be nothing.
hx214 Posted March 11, 2016 Report Posted March 11, 2016 I'd send Dansby somewhere if they think Kirksey can take over. I'd also put Haden out there. Is someone is willing to give up a lot for him it would most likely be time to trade him. If those concussions keep coming as easily as the one he got in the Arizona game, his shelf life is nearing the end.

I'll give kirk credit, he was the only one who took offense to that little bengals snot jumping in our stands. But even then it was like "hey guy, don't you do that now guy that isn't very respectful there young man". I want a LB'er that gets wide eyed and says next time we in a pile Imma oil check that little pussy lickin fgt ass house nigga.

The Cysko Kid Posted March 11, 2016 Report Posted March 11, 2016 god I miss that guy. Him and joe dirt would have made so many more classics Funny how spade is so unlikable except as joe dirt.
Clevfan4life Posted March 11, 2016 Author Report Posted March 11, 2016 Funny how spade is so unlikable except as joe dirt. I think i made it 10 min into the sequel, it was so bad i decided not to ruin the 1st one. That brittany daniel though my god
PoeticG Posted March 11, 2016 Report Posted March 11, 2016 I'm trying to think of an "ugh - we've got to get rid of that guy"... I actually like Mingo and Kruger, I don't like Kruger's contract though, way, way, way too high for his production.
sisky fringo Posted March 12, 2016 Report Posted March 12, 2016 I'm trying to think of an "ugh - we've got to get rid of that guy"... Bowe? Davis perhaps? would be nice to trade Gilbert for a something...like a quality long snapper for example.
miktoxic Posted March 12, 2016 Report Posted March 12, 2016 i'm gonna give gilbert another year before i decide on him. what everyone else get's a pass on this dysfunctional team except him? we shoulda never signed krueger to begin with so he could be gone tomorrow without a care in the world to me. i was hoping beyond all hopes that mingo would develop into something.........don't know if it was the coaching staff, the injuries or that he just plain sucks. al i know is some DEs aren't made to drop into coverage and he is one of them. just ask jabaal sheard. you're welcome belichick.
Ibleedbrown Posted March 12, 2016 Report Posted March 12, 2016 Is Haslam an option? Can we get rid of him?
sisky fringo Posted March 13, 2016 Report Posted March 13, 2016 i'm gonna give gilbert another year before i decide on him. what everyone else get's a pass on this dysfunctional team except him? he's injury prone, shys away from contact, and is NOT Deion Sanders. if Sanders was Adrian Peterson, justin gilbert is Montario Hardesty... except a ton more expensive, a diva, and a complete cancer to a locker room. wait, what were his redeemable qualities again? that he's raw and has potential?? Farmer sure can pick em--you almost have to admire the consistency. i like DB's too mik, Eric Turner was probably my favorite Brown ever. i've seen more than enough from justin vagina. all the headache without the production, that's why no free pass. the kid was such an asshole the team literally stopped inviting him to do community/charity work.
joedawg69 Posted March 13, 2016 Report Posted March 13, 2016 Bowe would be my first choice. We need to clean up the QBs and just start from scratch (maybe keep Josh but that's it). WR is another group that could use some sweeping (not just Bowe) although we could keep Hawkins until we have better like Hue did in Cincinnati. Not sure about our kicker (sure miss Dawson). Let's face it, still gotta lot of holes to fill.
dawg2fan Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Funny how spade is so unlikable except as joe dirt. He was funny in Rules Of Engagement though; even though they stole most of their humor from King Of Queens.
Clevfan4life Posted March 16, 2016 Author Report Posted March 16, 2016 yeah budddyyyy here we go................housecleaning!!!
Mudfly Posted March 16, 2016 Report Posted March 16, 2016 yeah budddyyyy here we go................housecleaning!!! True enough..... 6 starters gone.....Schwartz, Mack, Dansby, Benjiman, Gipson & Starks 2 contributors......Robertson & Dray 1 recent high pick.....Manziel And more on the bubble???.....Whitner, Haden, Thomas, Bowe & Hartline ???? Definitely has become a housecleaning....restart....overhaul kind of off-season...and, why not?.....something needs to be done.....
Clevfan4life Posted March 16, 2016 Author Report Posted March 16, 2016 yup turn it the fuck over. I'd rather watch young kids grind out an 0-16 season than these same guys putz through a 3-4 win season. Done with it. Rebuild this mother fucker. And if it don't catch, fucking rebuild it again.
Mudfly Posted March 16, 2016 Report Posted March 16, 2016 Yep.....one way to look at it is that we aint winning anything soon and, with a bunch of older guys starting, it just slows down the process for finding and developing the kids.... Draft some, sign some and let em play.....
flyingfooldoug Posted March 17, 2016 Report Posted March 17, 2016 Yep.....one way to look at it is that we aint winning anything soon and, with a bunch of older guys starting, it just slows down the process for finding and developing the kids.... Draft some, sign some and let em play..... There's a lot to be said for a group of young players coming in. Speed and hunger along with a willingness to be coached can go far. JT and Josh around as a good veteran influence wouldn't hurt either. Bring in the kids and let em earn the big money instead of paying it up front.
Tour2ma Posted March 18, 2016 Report Posted March 18, 2016 Seems like as good of a place as any for this sobering Tom Reed article... On Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and the ultimate test of NFL patience: Tom ReedSo it's noteworthy that an owner who's changed regimes three times during his four years with the Browns is leading the most audacious experiment the NFL has witnessed in recent memory. He's entrusting his team to a Harvard-educated, analytics-driven front office that many around the league want to see fail.Other than that it's just business as usual in Berea. As Paul DePodesta and Sashi Brown begin to tear down the roster and build through the draft, it's anyone's guess as to whether the plan succeeds. Maybe the biggest test, however, will be Jimmy Haslam's patience. How will a man who becomes more red faced than Chief Wahoo after a loss in September handle a long-term project that should carry the slogan: Check Back With Us In 2018.https://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/2016/03/on_cleveland_browns_owner_jimm.html
