bbedward
Going to source that comment by chance? No because it was a joke. Though he did have several family members on the campaign payroll raking in good amounts of money. Omg not a 4 bdrm holy shit!!! Trumps get around town car is only like a 3 bdrm so this clearly beats that. A socialist who doesn't believe in charity and spent a year riling up blue haired hippies about how we need to redistribute the wealth in the country sold out to Clinton then bought a waterfront house for over a half mil. That's kind of ironic.

Clevfan4life
It sounds like he bought himself a normal place just in expensive property. I really never heard him say we all ought to live in tents and all rich people should immediately turn their entire savings over. As per usual the msg appears to have been lost on u guys. Suffice to say the people driving the income inequality in this country aren't living in 4 bdrm homes. Those people consider bernie a dirt poor bish ngr. I get a strong stink of hypocrisy when the guy advocating a ton of "free" stuff to the plebs is living in a way that clearly doesn't fit his narrative. Shit, a person making 600k under his own tax plan would be paying nearly 50% of their wages in taxes. If he really felt that way, he would donate the money. No one is stopping him from setting the example.

Tour2ma
Some animals are more equal than others? There's a difference between equal and equitable... not all that subtle either. You set the example or shut your face. I feel the same way about other hypocrites. OldBrownsFan
Socialism works SO WELL, starving Venezuelans are EATING ZOO ANIMALS to survive… Bernie has been defeated, but his idiot followers still believe socialism is the answer to their poor entitled lives having to pay their absurd college loans with a low wage barista job. Well, they should really take a look at the “socialist paradise” of Venezuela that is so poorly run that starving citizens are now having to kill zoo animals to survive. http://therightscoop.com/socialism-works-so-well-starving-venezuelans-are-eating-zoo-animals-to-survive/ Witnessing a ‘Complete Collapse of Society’ in Venezuela http://time.com/4419186/photographing-venezuela-collapse/

BaconHound
The political buzzwords of my lifetime have really illuminated this country's overall mentality. Flip-Flop, so I can't change my mind I just forge ahead on a stupid idea. Free-Stuff, so I pay taxes and it goes to health care for old people and building a ridiculous military machine but God forbid I want some of my tax money to provide relief for my tuition or invest in future labor. The terminology is my gripe. Saying "free tuition" and "free healthcare" is not true but you would be surprised how many young people believe it is free. I have been in favor of universal healthcare. However, I hate when it is misrepresented as being something that can just be wished into being. It costs tax payer money.

Of course it does but so does the trillions that Iraq and Afghanistan have cost us. There is a cost associated with Government as a whole and as a whole it is out of control. The problem is EACH side of the aisle, myself included, prioritize different program spending and rarely do either side agree. There was a centrist movement in the early 2000s that I was hoping would take hold but it isn't a sexy as this vulgar, bashing political environment that were currently have. It also tends to focus people on the actual and away from the perceived issues of this Country and that doesn't set up well for those in power.
