One Post
Lol You guys are awesome. Ya I figured Sanchez would be going to Minn but guess not. Also if any team traded for Badford it would've been Dallas.
hoorta
Guess we'll see Chase Daniels on Sunday. Z Just wow- that was a desperation move by the Vikes- gave up way too much. I like the Browns odds much better this coming Sunday. From NFL.com "Philadelphia is getting a first-round pick back in 2017 after dealing their own first-rounder to the Browns in April for the right to select Wentz at No. 2. And Cleveland, the team that owns the Eagles original 2017 first-round pick, has to like the idea of Philadelphia starting a career backup and rookie for 16 games in 2016. Should that pick end up in the top 10, the Browns could end up being the biggest winners of all in this trade."

Z I guess that explains the line move: 09/11 1:00 PM 457 Cleveland 458 Philadelphia open -7' 45 now -5' 43' PHI-QB-Chase Daniel-Probable | TV: CBS, DTV:
Tour2ma
Did not see this coming, but Bradford did showcase well this pre-season following up his 2nd-half of 2015 showing. And the Vikes are desperate to win now. Also Bradford being locked up for two years is a bonus as there is no guarantee Teddy will see the field in TC next year. Pederson brought Daniels with him to Philly for a reason. Now it's clear that he believes in him at least enough to let him start until Wentz is ready... and I think the move also indicates Perderson is pretty happy with his rib-healing rookie. gumby73
Philly just saved Bradford from hiding under his skirt when thing go bad..Philly Fans still have BIG issues with Bradford's "no competition" ego with him at QB. Peterson got his guy Chase Daniels to follow him to Philly & Peterson got HIS guy..Guys, if you have not seen Philly's Front 7 play D, we may not get to 20. Daniels has no WR threads period, but we have made stars out of nobody's..Time for that to end also..
Taco918
I saw that Bradford got traded when the news broke but I didn't look for what he was traded for. Holy shit. Opal312
I think it's a good deal for both teams. Philly gets their first round draft pick back and Minnesota starts a veteran in their new stadium. Bridgewater's injury was gruesome! Dislocated knee with ACL tear. No guarantees he's ready for 2017 season. Bradford now has an opportunity to silence his critics or be a bust. Wentz will be the starter in Philly with a pretty good defense. I say the Eagles will go 9-7 because their division sucks!

runyon27
I think the trade is go for Philly. Wentz is the long term guy anyways and Philly, while could have made the playoffs wasn't going to go to the SB. So they get their 1st round pick back they lost to us. It also may help us if Philly struggles making out pick higher. But for Philly this is a win for them in the long term. They weren't keeping Bradford after this year anyways. Tour2ma
Daniels has no WR threads period, but we have made stars out of nobody's..Time for that to end also.. Wouldn't say no threat... Jordan Mathews had a good 2015... Agholor can burn... and a rookie, Truner, looked good in preseason. Add Ryan Mathews' running and Sproles on 3rd downs and they're no pushover. OL-wise not sure what Layne Johnson's status is.

Taco918
Not if they trade out two Bentleys for 8 Dodge Caravans. 8 Caravans? I mean, that would block quite a bit of the field. I'm no draft expert but can we draft vehicles now? I'd imagine a couple of caravans would be much cheaper and much more effective on the OL, assuming the child proof locks are on of course. Flugel
Latest is Wentz may start if healthy enough. Think about that fan base there in Philly. The best player they've drafted since 1999 was QB Donovan McNabb and that fan base never booed another draft pick louder. Philly had the worst record in the NFL in 1998 and all McNabb did was lead them to the playoffs in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 with 5 Conference Championship Game appearances as well as 1 very exciting SB with NE. It was like he was playing in front of a sold out capacity of 70,000 Ghoolies for 11-12 years or so. He better be great and have thick skin. gumby73
OL-wise not sure what Layne Johnson's status is. Goodell & his henchman up to the same old tricks..Lane Johnson on 8-10-16 was to be suspended 10 games for 2nd failed test..As of today 9-3-16 philly article reads as follows:::"Even if the League were to announce Johnson's 10 game suspension, Friday, the tackle has said he would file an appeal with the league. It's going to take time for that to be heard, which again means Johnson has a chance to play against Browns". Roger, may a Dawg bite you in your slow moving ass as you move the Rice Video to find Johnson's lost P-work too..
