although game commentators annoy me to no end, as i rewatch DA's games i am always blown away at how impressed they are with him. i am so completely used to the Brownies getting absolutely no love, their appreciation of his abilities shines through like a bat signal pointed directly at my face. they constantly talk about him like he's the Adrian Peterson of passing, it's nuts.

You realize your statement actually points out nothing? Other than the Jets had Chad Pennington as a starter and had drafted a QB for the future the year before Quinn was an option. Gee, a team with other needs and felt they addressed the QB of the future the year before in the draft didn't take Quinn. That really shows they now, 3 years later after seeing Clemens decided they now need a new QB, that they weren't calling about Quinn as reported by a half a dozen news sources.
