The Gipper
If the Playoffs started today, this is who would be in: AFCE Patriots 9-2 AFCN Ravens 6-5 by virtue of better div. record and win over Steelers AFCS Texans 6-5 AFCW Raiders with #1 seed Wildcards: Chiefs 8-3, Dolphins 7-4 (better Conf. record over Broncos) In the hunt: Broncos 7-4, Bills/Steelers 6-5, Titans 6-6 NFCE Cowboys 10-1 #1 seed NFCN Lions 7-4 NFCS Falcons 7-4 NFCW Seahawks 7-3-1 Wildcards: Giants 8-3, Redskins 6-4-1 In the hunt: Vikings 6-5, Buccaneers 6-5 "Race" for the #1 overall pick: Browns 0-12 49ers 1-10 Bears 2-9 Jags 2-9 Jets 3-8 Bengals 3-7-
The Gipper
Notes: At 5-6, the Eagles have only 8 teams now with worse records than them. But, there are 3 other teams at 5-6 as well. So, the draft choice the Browns have obtained from the Eagles would now be somewhere from 9-13 overall. Keep on losing, Eagles. Big games this week between contenders: Cowboys vs. Vikings Thursday Chiefs vs. Falcons Dolphins vs. Ravens Bills vs. Raiders Giants vs. Steelers And....the Bengals play the Eagles....rooting for Bengals? Does anyone think there will be an AFCN team over .500 after this week? Also note, a game of ignominy this week: The 49ers play the Bears.

Bengals please beat Iggles. (Eagles draft position trumps w\l for the race to the cellar as it's a wash on SOS) Niners, please beat Da Bears. Two San Fran wins should guarantee the Browns the #1 overall pick.
