This is bad stuff as well. I think everyone supports the right for peaceful protests but stuff like this is out of bounds and too bad police were not called in to make arrests:

DESPICABLE: Betsy DeVos BLOCKED from entering DC School, forced to leave – [VIDEO]

ABC 7 News is reporting that Betsy DeVos was blocked from entering a school in DC and subsequently forced to leave:

– Education Secretary Betsy DeVos was physically blocked by protesters from entering Jefferson Academy in SW, D.C. Friday morning.

DeVos turned away and left, ABC7 reporter Sam Sweeney told us. It is unclear if she attempted another door.

DeVos was preparing to attend Jefferson Academy early Friday morning after the gathering was organized by the Washington teacher’s Union.

More Nazi like tactics from the left. Time to crack down on this behavior, in a most strict manner.

I labeled em brownshirts, this is just more proof that they are out of control,

and not just being a political party.

revolutionary mindset to take over and keep power.

I'm sure that this sentiment is not shared across the democratic board. You have some zealots in Washington but few to this extent. But again things like this certainly create that notion. Both sides have to come to their senses.

She should start expecting this to happen anytime she goes near a public school... considering her lack of qualifications for the job vs the amount of money donated to politicians that got her the position.

Liberals are afraid of the schools actually being fixed and improving inner city life. For decades democrats have ruled inner cities and they never improve.

Democrats will lose voters if Trump fixes the problems that plague our cities. Claiming the Republicans are racists will be a tough sell next election if Trump is not stopped.

Do you think someone who has 0 experience with public schools would fix inner city schools?

what happened to "give x a chance" ? there was never this physical intimidation,

and open hatred and threats.

the dems are terrified, not only have they lost their chance at permanent control of our gov,

but they are going to really be discredited if things are run now, and really get results.

Even in the inner cities - people are tired of nothing, they want genuine improvements.

why not give her a chance? the previous sec of ed didn't do squat and fixed nothing.

so...maybe somebody who has been involved with education of kids for 40? years,

knows how to fix it.

At this point there is nothing to actual do but watch and see what happens... but it doesn't stop the fact that she is a lobbyist, with no education experience or any sort of school governance position.

Its like asking a neurosurgeon to take on housing and urban development.......

If people want to protest her that is fine but when they physically try to prevent her from entering a building that is going too far. The left hurts their own cause by those who are acting up.

Do you think someone with zero engineering experience who can't write code could effectively run a computer company?

Would depend on their other experiences and knowledge, as computers are more than just code. The 2 IT directors I have worked under at my company, did not know how to code, but had experience managing IT departments before they were promoted.

Edit* If you where the CEO of a large company would you want someone to run your IT department that did not understand the issue of today, ie cyber security, networking, and infrastructure?

look at the sec of ed under obamao. did not fix anything. This is dumb, for the left

to demand actual experience... when they keep nominating people for pres

who have never been in the military. Why, that obamao never once had

any experience being in our military, he should expect to be physically

stopped from doing anything...
