5 Times ‘Transgender’ Men Abused Women And Children In Bathrooms

The leftist push to force both private and public entities to open their bathrooms and locker-rooms to gender identity has recently exploded in the media. The governor of North Carolina’s decision to reject such an ordinance by signing HB 2 into law has taken over the spotlight. The left has cast the law as bigoted, along with all those who agree it. Baseball legend Curt Schilling was even fired from his job at ESPN for expressing opposition to the ordinance and proclaiming that “a man is a man no matter what.”

One conservative argument against the leftist push goes as follows: some men will abuse the bathrooms and locker-rooms open to gender identity rather than biology by falsely proclaiming womanhood in order to gain access to women and children for motives of malice. Such facilities could become easy-access breading grounds for predators. Thus, it would be common sense to keep the facilities separated based on biology rather than identity to protect women and children.

Predictably, the left has vehemently denied that such a thing would ever happen—or worse, that this is a price we must pay for “inclusivity” and “equality.”

Here are 5 times "transgender" men abused women and children by exploiting such facilities:

1. A Seattle man, citing transgender bathrooms laws, was able to gain access to a women’s locker-room at a public recreational center while little girls were changing for swim practice.

In February, The Daily Wire reported that a Seattle man who walked into the women’s locker-room—on two occasionsand began undressing, cited the “new state rule that allows people to choose a bathroom based on gender identity.” You know, those laws the ingenious left has been pushing because of “inclusiveness.”

“It was a busy time at Evans Pool around 5:30 p.m. Monday February 8,” reports KING5 News. “The pool was open for lap swim. According to Seattle Parks and Recreation, a man wearing board shorts entered the women's locker room and took off his shirt. Women alerted staff, who told the man to leave, but he said ‘the law has changed and I have a right to be here.’”

Subsequent to this new rule, no one called the police on this man who reportedly came back a second time when young girls were changing into their swimsuits for swim practice.

2. A Toronto man claiming to be transgender was arrested and sentenced to jail for sexually assaulting several women in a women’s shelter after he gained access to the shelter and its shower facilitates as "Jessica."

As Life Site notes, “A biological man claiming to be ‘transgender’ so as to gain access to and prey on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed ‘indefinitely’” in early March.

Christopher Hambrook, 37, using the name “Jessica,” was able to gain access to Toronto women’s shelters.

“Her tights had been pulled down past her bottom and her bathing suit had been pulled to the side,” reads a court document of one of the incidents. “She yelled at the accused, demanding to know what he was doing. He simply covered his face with his hands, said ‘Oops!’ and started giggling.”

Per Life Site:

Court also heard evidence of Hambrook terrorizing a deaf woman living in the shelter. “The accused grabbed the complainant’s hand and forcibly placed it on his crotch area while his penis was erect,” court heard.

The same deaf women reported that Hambrook would peer at her through a gap between the door and its frame while she showered.

3. A Virginia man was caught and arrested for peeping on and filming two women and a 5-year-old child in a women’s restroom after receiving entry by dressing in drag.

“Richard Rodriguez, 30, filmed a woman in a bathroom stall at the Potomac Mills Mall, Prince William County Police said,” reported NBC Washington. His victim was a 35-year-old woman who was in a bathroom stall when “she saw a bag moved toward her under the stall divider.” According to police, Rodriguez had been filming her.

Apparently, when the victim rushed out of the stall to confront the man, he had already moved to another woman just one stall over. “The victim alerted the woman and then contacted mall security of the shopping center on 2700 block of Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge, Virginia,” noted NBC Washington.

Reports suspect that this was not Rodriguez’s first time peeping on women by dressing himself up as woman to enter a restroom; disturbingly, he likely spied on a 53-year-old woman in May of 2015 and a 35-year-old and her 5-year-old daughter back in October.

“Rodriguez, of Fredericksburg, was charged with three counts of unlawful filming of a non-consenting person and three counts of peeping,” reported NBC Washington.

4. A Los Angeles man dressed in drag, entered a Macy’s department store bathroom and videotaped women under bathroom stalls.

As The Daily Wire reported in late March, charges were filed against Jason Pomare, 33, for allegedly disguising himself as a woman, sneaking in to the women’s restroom at a Macy’s department store and secretly videotaping hours of footage of women in bathroom stalls.

Pomare reportedly disguised himself with a wig and fake breasts; he kept his video camera with him in a small purse.

The suspect "was charged Tuesday with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for purposes of sexual gratification. After his arrest, investigators said a video camera found in his purse had 'hours' of video of women using the restroom inside the store," reports NBC4 News.

5. Two male students were caught at the University of Toronto exploiting “gender-neutral” facilities to peep on women in the shower with their cellphone cameras.

As The Daily Wire’s Pardes Seleh reported in October, The University of Toronto had to change their gender-neutral bathrooms back to bathrooms separated based on biology “after two separate incidents of ‘voyeurism’ were reported on campus September 15 and 19. Male students within the University’s Whitney Hall student residence were caught holding their cellphones over female students’ shower stalls and filming them as they showered.”

here is no such thing as a transgendered ANYTHING.

Cut your cock off, you are still a man. Your fucking DNA says so. If you were born with a cock, you are a man, If you were born with a pussy, you are a woman, and your fucking DNA says so.

Again, if a homo pervert goes into a bathroom where my wife is, there are no cameras in the shitter....I'll fo in and beat the mother fucker to within an inch of his life. Simple as that..

You wouldn't. But it's fun to make things up on the internet.

It is still a fact that a child is likely to be molested/abused by their own father or male relative 10 million times more than by some transgender using a lady's toilet. Perhaps we should outlaw any adult from taking their children into a public restroom?

That is...if you REALLY want to to curb abuse. Do you all really want to curb abuse?

I doubt that is the goal....the goal is to be hysterical and hateful toward people who are confused sexually.

I mean...by rights, should we also prohibit homosexuals from entering public restrooms of their own gender? I mean, that would be tantamount to allowing heterosexual men from using the ladies room. If you are against the prurient interests of people from being aroused in public bathroom facilities this prohibition should be put into effect, no?

I mean...do you want a gay guy to be ogling your willy in the loo?

Do you want a lesbo taking a peak at your pussy in the stall?

I mean, these are likely greater and more frequent occurrences than a transgender using the bathroom of whatever sex they identify with doing something aberrant.

And, I know from professional experience that such things are far more likely to engender violence than a tranny situation. On a couple of occasions in my early career I had to defend guys that went violent toward gay men that hung around highway rest stops. Their whole attitude was basically "let's smear the queer"....though they were not playing the old game of tackle football that we used to play on the playground. . Where perhaps gay men were cruising rest stops for some action....so were these guys. They would find such person and threaten their victims with a knife or a gun. They would force them to take their clothes off then they would throw their clothes into the toilet....and at that time these rest stops had those open pit toilets which was just open to the sewage. If there was not an open pit toilet, they would hold the gay guy by force...then one would take a dump....then give the gay guy a swirly without having flushed. Again, done at knife point. While no one was seriously hurt, they did have the occasional laceration. This happened right here between Akron and Canton on I-77. After these incidents, the State of Ohio closed down the rest stops, never to be open again.

So, perhaps what we have here is an exhibition of similar attitudes...this times towards transgenders.

So, where is the aberrant behavior?

So....be proud of yourselves boys.

Doc: 'Gender neutral' bathrooms are dangerous Exclusive: Elizabeth Lee Vliet, M.D., sees new policies as slippery slope to more crimes

Federal and state governments have opened a new Pandora’s box of dangers to the public, especially for women and girls, with the new push for “gender neutral” public bathrooms and locker rooms, allowing people to choose such facilities based on self-perceived gender, rather than biological sex.

Consequence of such absurd ideas are predictable. This video graphically illustrates many case examples of the dangers to vulnerable women. Just recently, a Seattle man began undressing at a public swimming pool women’s locker room when a group of young girls were changing for a swim team practice. He was not arrested, as a result of Washington’s new law allowing “transgender” men to use women’s restrooms. I use quotes around the term transgender because this man had no outward identifying statements or attire to suggest he thought of himself as a woman.

Bathroom equality or “gender neutral” locker rooms is just the latest absurdity in the move by “progressives” to “progress” the United States right out of common sense and public safety. It continues the liberal expansion of “rights” for a minority few against safety and privacy rights of the majority.

To put the tyranny of the minority in perspective here: There are approximately 700,000 transgender people in the U.S., representing about 0.3 percent of the entire population. That means the safety, privacy and common decency concerns for 99.7 percent of the American population are sacrificed on the altar of political correctness and “feel good” policies for a tiny fraction of the public.

Indecent exposure (males exposing genitals to women in public is the most common occurrence), sexual battery, assault, molestation, sex with minors and rape are all crimes in almost all jurisdictions. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to see that telling men they can suddenly decide they “feel” like a woman and thereby use women’s bathrooms is a slippery slope to more of all types of these sexual crimes. How does the “feeling” of a gender dysphoric man take priority over the safety of your wife, daughter, girlfriend, mother, sister or friend?

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons released a statement about the importance of separate facilities for men and women to protect public safety: “Attempts by activist groups to force businesses or government facilities to harm, threaten demean, or offend women and girls who do not want to share facilities with biological males are to be resisted and condemned as immoral, irrational, oppressive, and contrary to public order, human rights, public health, and our founding principles.”

Let’s look at real-life issues. I am a practicing physician with specialty training from the Johns Hopkins Sexual Medicine Consultation team. I have treated people seeking help for many sex and gender issues: gay/lesbian, pedophilia, transvestism, gender dysphoria, voyeurism and serial rapists. At the time transgender patients have undergone surgery to become their new gender, it is then appropriate to use the bathroom facilities for their gender reassignment. Until then, common sense and public safety should require those with male genitalia (regardless of self-perception) use men’s bathrooms, and those with female genitalia should use women’s bathrooms.

Several striking common denominators emerged from many years of treating patients in this area of medicine:

  • The unpredictability, and at times uncontrollability, of sexual drives to engage in behaviors potentially harmful physically and/or psychologically to others.
  • The complete lack of empathy for the victim shown by sexual predators, whether “mild” predation of voyeurism or the obviously serious and criminal acts of rape and assault.
  • We cannot predict who will engage in sexual assault, or when they will do it.
  • Statistics show that women and girls are overwhelmingly the victims in such cases of sexual predator actions.

Speaking as a physician, separate bathroom and locker facilities for men and women helps provide physical and psychological safety, particularly for women and girls, from those who would do harm by giving into their sudden urge to rape or molest others. While such safety issues may apply to men as well, it is far less probable that a female enters a men’s restroom and starts molesting males, who are typically bigger and stronger and better able to defend themselves.

As James Arlandson wrote in the American Thinker April 12: “Mankind is stronger than womankind. There are simply too many differences between the sexes. Yet our society in its ‘infinite wisdom’ seems to be smashing those differences. Further, since mankind is stronger than womankind, women need to feel safe. And breaking down the safe space for a woman at her most vulnerable – while she is changing and dressing and showering outside the home – is insane. Her zone of safety, her right to privacy, needs to be protected at all costs.”

America really does seem to be entering the Twilight Zone of Absurdity with assaults on morals, decency and safety coming from all directions. The election of 2016 is becoming about far more than “politics” as usual: It is about restoring common sense in the public arena, public safety and enforcing laws that are designed to maintain civil order and civility for ALL, not just a favored few in the minority group du jour.

Tranny's are abnormal, and anyone that defends them is sick. End of discussion.

It's actually not the end of discussion for the rest of us.

Just you...because your simple, childish mind can't understand why the thought of a tranny gives you a slight erection.

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is a politically conservative non-profit association founded in 1943 to "fight socialized medicine and to fight the government takeover of medicine."[3][4] The group was reported to have approximately 4,000 members in 2005, and 5,000 in 2014.[5][6][7] The executive director is Jane Orient, an internist and a member of the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine.[1] The AAPS motto, "omnia pro aegroto" is Latin for "all for the patient."[8] AAPS also publishes the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons (formerly known as the Medical Sentinel).

The association is generally recognized as politically conservative or ultra-conservative, and its publication advocates a range of scientifically discredited hypotheses, including the belief that HIV does not cause AIDS, that being gay reduces life expectancy, that there is a link between abortion and breast cancer, and that there are links between autism and vaccinations.

You've yet to respond to my comment about claiming you're the voice for all women.

Also, do you want to admit the AAPS has no actual medical credibility?

I never claimed to be the voice of anyone other than myself.

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons – AAPS – is a non-partisan professional association of physicians in all types of practices and specialties across the country.

Since 1943, AAPS has been dedicated to the highest ethical standards of the Oath of Hippocrates and to preserving the sanctity of the patient-physician relationship and the practice of private medicine.

Our motto, “omnia pro aegroto” means “all for the patient.”

To serve the state? Or to serve our patients?

That is the question we will increasingly face as government forces its power into every nook and cranny of our professional lives. I once belonged to all the standard societies—my specialty society, my state and local medical society and—dare I admit this—even the AMA. But I discovered that none of these societies stood on the principles I hold dear—individual liberty, personal responsibility, limited government, and the ability to freely practice medicine according to time honored Hippocratic principles.

AAPS Fights to Preserve Medical Freedom!

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, AAPS, has been fighting the good fight to preserve the practice of private medicine since 1943. When the Clinton health plan was proposed, we fought for open meetings. And when the details came to light, the plan was halted. In the current battle over health care “reform,” the AAPS helped organize numerous physician rallys and has a pending lawsuit suit in the DC Federal District Court challenging the constitutionality of the ObamaCare insurance mandate.

AAPS Stands up for Physicians!

The AAPS legal team defends doctors who have been mugged by Medicare, or railroaded by hospitals using sham peer review. We sued the Texas Medical Board in defense of physicians’ due process rights; this suit is now on appeal. We drafted legislation for reform of the Texas medical practice act and are fighting for its enactment.

AAPS Helps Physicians Reduce and Eliminate Third Party Interference!

The AAPS seminar, “Thrive Don’t Just Survive,” has reached doctors all over the country who wish to leave the hassles of Medicare and the interference of managed care and start a cash practice. We have helped hundreds of doctors opt out of Medicare through information on our website and our limited legal consultation service. We challenged the HIPAA “Privacy Rule,” and got the government to acknowledge the “country doctor exemption” for physicians who do not file claims electronically.

AAPS Keeps You Informed!

Our monthly newsletter, AAPS News is packed with political, legal, and practical information that physicians cannot afford to miss. Our Journal of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons publishes the controversial issues—often with both sides in a point counterpoint–that you won’t find in most mainstream medical publications. AAPS email alerts and our website (www.aapsonline.org) will get you the late breaking news as it happens and provide you with urgent political action items to help in the fight to restore medical freedom.

Individually, our members have appeared on Fox News, in the Wall Street Journal, in HumanEvents.com and other blog sites, contributing time, talent, and facts to counter the emotional arguments for socialized medicine.

AAPS speaks for Physicians NOT Corporate or Government Interests!

AAPS is completely funded by membership dues and contributions, so we answer to and advocate for our physician members and not big corporate donors or government funding sources. The AMA’s deal with HCFA gave it a monopoly on the CPT codes, from which it derives at least $70 million in revenue annually. AAPS was one of the first to expose this conflict of interest.

All elected AAPS Board members and officers serve on a volunteer basis and even pay their own way to board meetings. We do not have a big building, or a bloated staff. Every dime in dues goes directly to the fight for freedom in medicine.

AAPS offers its members discounts on disability and other essential insurance products that are as good or better than the discounts offered by other national medical societies.

Join Your Colleagues to Keep Patient-Centered Medicine Alive!

For almost 75 years, we have consistently stood for ethical patient-centered medicine—the kind only possible in a free market medical system.

So, if you are like me, and you are tired of contributing to organizations which claim to be your advocate, but do little more than lobby for short term payment increases, support politicians who cannot be trusted, and feed their own self preserving coffers by selling you CPT coding manuals, come join us at the AAPS.

I don't think the issue of transgenderism is a matter of pure science. It is a matter of social science.

It is like religion. You have a belief in what you are. You have a mental disposition toward that belief. You are not biologically Jewish. You are not biologically Catholic/Protestant/Muslim/Hindu/Buddhist/Atheist. You are socially indoctrinated into that identification. Yet, faith in a religion is a very powerful thing that many would die for. The same may be said for sexual identification

It is a purely a social matter.

And the concept of requiring even men and women to use separate bathrooms...and separate locker rooms....and separate anything is purely a SOCIAL construct. WE have been indoctrinated into that way of thinking. Society has set what it believes to be the social norm. Yet....even that is certainly subject to revision based on circumstances.

Hell, I sit here in the east in NY state at my son's place......fully half of the public bars/restaurants/gas stations etc. have NO separate bathrooms for men or women or transgenders. Because of money factors they don't build separate bathrooms.

So...how do you get around that?

So, maybe it is purely money that controls things. Society adapts its norm to economic realities in many, many cases.

Edit.....and the NFL can adapt its policies based on what it believes should be social norms.

And the gas stations have locks on the doors and you have to ask them for a key which they hang around something huge so you don't forget to bring the keys back. I personally have never been to a restaurant without a men and women's restroom but if there are some who only have one I bet you can lock the door in those restrooms.

And, again.....having that key....having those separate restrooms is purely something that you have been indoctrinated to believe is important.

I mean....I remember in the days of yore when I would go to concerts....women would always be coming in to use the men's room because the lines to the ladies room was always much longer.

Social convention went out the door when you seriously have to take a piss.

Yes, you lock the door to a bathroom for privacy sake.....but be it a man or a woman that may try to get in....it is all within your personal social indoctrination that you object to....and not because of any increased danger of being molested.

Copy and pasting the Info section from their website doesn't prove the AAPS is legitimate....

They're one of countless conservative think tanks, parading around as an actual scientific group, used to produce legitimate sounding, fake and/or skewed reports in an attempt to validate non-scientific believes held by some on the far right.
