When I was stationed in San Diego I had to pick up guys who were detained in Tijuana all the time. Fucking Mexican cops would spot a Sailor or Marine (by their haircut) and tell them, give me $100.00 or I'm going to arrest you. Fuckers would make up some charge, and there you go.
