They had a dentist some years ago at the VA whom my brother had seen who was caught using the same dental instruments on numerous patients without bothering to sterilize them. He caused a number of patients to get sick and the VA just quietly let him retire and that was that. It always seemed to me this dentist should have gotten charged with something for what he did.
