Coyote
IT, Jay Crowder, Ante Zizic and Brooklyn's unprotected 1st round pick in '18. (A pick that is very likely top 5.) Pretty good haul for a player demanding a trade.
BaconHound
Being a C's fan I wanted this trade minus Nets 2018 pick but I'll still take it
DieHardBrownsFan
I'd say the Cav's got the better part of the deal by far.
bbedward
Yea I don't think the cavs could have done better. Pretty massive haul. Don't think it puts them in a better position to win the finals this year, but also don't think it puts them in a worse position. Even sets them up better for the future with the 2018 nets pick. The Gipper
The real question now is what are they going to do with all these players on their roster. I think they said that they now have a 20 man roster....and all but one or two of them are names we all know well. 13 Jose Calderon PG 35 6-3 200 $1,471,382 99 Jae Crowder SF 27 6-6 235 Marquette $6,796,117 20 Kay Felder PG 22 5-9 176 $1,312,611 8 Channing Frye PF 34 6-11 255 Arizona $7,420,912 34 Jeff Green SF 30 6-9 235 Georgetown $1,471,382 23 LeBron James SF 32 6-8 250 $33,285,709 24 Richard Jefferson SF 37 6-7 233 Arizona $2,500,000 30 Dahntay Jones SG 36 6-6 225 Duke 26 Kyle Korver SG 36 6-7 212 Creighton $7,000,000 0 Kevin Love PF 28 6-10 251 UCLA $22,642,350 98 Cedi Osman SF 22 6-8 215 $2,642,857 25 Derrick Rose PG 28 6-3 190 Memphis $1,471,382 4 Iman Shumpert SG 27 6-5 220 Georgia Tech $10,337,079 5 JR Smith SG 31 6-6 225 $13,760,000 40 Edy Tavares C 25 7-3 265 $1,312,611 4 Isaiah Thomas PG 28 5-9 185 Washington $6,261,395 13 Tristan Thompson C 26 6-9 238 Texas $16,400,000 31 Deron Williams PG 33 6-3 200 Illinois 3 Derrick Williams PF 26 6-8 240 Arizona 54 Ante Zizic PF 20 6-11 250 $1,645,

Kyrie- thanks for the memories, won't ever forget the shot. But if you think you're "The Man" - that can lead a team to the finals by himself, you're delusional. Alan Iverson good- you had better hope the Celtics give you lots of help.
nickers
No.. This is NOT a good trade.. Id rather have Kyrie than any of these 2nd tier level talent players.. But by the same token.. Don't let the door hit you in the ass, Kyrie.
cambridgeho
Both Williams are actually free agents. So they are not technically om the team. Secondly, Isaiah Thomas just failed his physical in Cleveland, so there is that. Gonna be interesting to see what happens now.
syd
Thomas did not pass his physical so can Cleveland pass on the trade ?
cambridgeho
Most likely they will get a more sweetened deal. Both sides have gone to far not to.

Isaiah Thomas was a 2 time All Star that averaged 25.5 ppg, 2.8 rebs & 6 asst the last 2 seasons. Kyrie was 22.4 ppg, 3.1 rebs & 5.3 asst 2nd tier?
