The Gipper
19 players? How many are they allowed to have on the roster? Like 15? Who will be out?
stillmotion
I don't know why Richard Jefferson is still on the team. He's a great veteran, but at this point he barely plays. He's only in this because he's part of Lebrons camp. Also, I wish we had a better center. Always thought TT was overpaid and overrated.
LBC mike
We have a decent roster this year. Just hope the FA pick ups perform better than the browns were able to get in production.

Ante Zizic was deemed "the most talented Celtics prospect you never heard of" last June by Boston.com He played for former Cavs head coach David Blatt and the Darussafaka Dogus and was labeled "the best big man in the Adriatic Basketball Association" ... a respectable team & league in that neck of the woods. Who knows, maybe Zizic is the key to the entire Kyrie trade?

I found this tidbit: "Players sent to the NBA Development League will continue to count on a team's inactive list. While individual teams must carry a minimum of 13 (12 active plus one inactive) players, the NBA guarantees a league-wide average of at least 14 players per team. The league is surcharged if they do not meet the average." AND ... this tidbit: Roster Size 15 players on roster 12 or 13 players on Active List 8 players must suit up for every game Inactive list is the players who aren't on the Active List for today. Players assigned to D-League are automatically placed on the Inactive List Suspended players, unsigned draft picks, retired players and players in the military are ignored for roster size limitations. Rosters set for NBA Opening Day on October 26 A team with 4 injured players may apply for a Hardship exception to temporarily increase the roster to 16. The Hardship ends when any one of the injured players is physically able to return to action. The team must then waive a player. Playoff Roster Teams must identify their postseason roster before playoffs begin. Same roster size and Active/Inactive rules as regular season Players waived after March 1 are not eligible for playoff rosters Players must be on roster for one regular season game to be playoff eligible for that team.
