Tour2ma
We get the Kess QBR thing, but he wasn't doing it Hue's way. He came closer today with the intermediate shot to Njoku, but his lone deep shot was dismal. And his escapability remains nil.
CaineDeSoulis
Hue's Way is 1-22 currently, And is clearly not adaptable to player strengths... Hue has been consistently bad in play calling, clock management AND developing QB's and offense as a whole. Kessler's last snap with the 1st team was in offseason and since just this week has been playing with the scout team only receiving backup reps this week. Shake the rust off Kess. Kizer has had 1st team reps since being drafted and looks to still be MILES away from being a legitimate starter in the nfl. continuing his streak of sub 50 qbr

Kessler had an 88 qb rating in preseason to kizers 73 and saw much less action than him "Efficient" QB Play and Defense like we had today is how this team is built to win. i dont know how this game looks if kessler had a full 60 minutes or a gameplan designed to take advantage of his accuracy. stillmotion
Kessler is a decent game manager. Kizer's long ball just isn't accurate. If the goal is to win now, as Hue says in the presser, you start Kessler. That's the QB you supposedly hand picked last year, then demoted to third string this year and left out to dry. The User from Cleveland
Kizer's 2017 preseason: 25 of 49 (51%) for 351 yards 1 TD, 1 INT (72.7 rating). Also rushed for 47 yards and 1 TD. (http://www.nfl.com/player/deshonekizer/2557983/gamelogs) Kessler's 2017 preseason: 29 of 46 (63%) for 289 yards 1 TD, 0 INT (88.0 rating). Also rushed for 32 yards. (http://www.nfl.com/player/deshonekizer/2557983/gamelogs) Numbers don't tell everything but why are people acting like Kessler sucked and Kizer was solid. One could argue that Kessler's numbers are better.
D Bone
Hopefully someday soon, we all aren't arguing over which s h i t t y QB on our roster is the bestest one of the bunch.....
PoeticG
Kizer makes bad decisions at crucial times, has accuracy and touch issues and has trouble going through his reads. Kessler crumbles when the pressure comes. Hogan is the best of the bunch, he has all the positive traits of both of these guys. He's fast and has a big arm, he reads the defense and can make all the throws, he is accurate and the guys on this team see him as the leader. Let the young man lead fellas. One could argue that Kessler's numbers are better. Because we actually watched the games. Kizer was rightly not judged based on the legion drops by his receivers. And to whoever cited QBR: dude, Kessler never throws further than 8 yards downfield. Of course his completion percentage and thus QBR are gonna be high. Hue's like a chef trying to serve a gourmet meal made out of dog, cat and horse poop, all of which were purchased by the restaurant manager. And then if he try's to make anything other than a Sheet sandwich people complain he's not playing to the strengths lol
