Just about every group of people who are widely despised, you pick your own groups if you wish, have at one time or another done things to help the poor for the disadvantaged. Was there a point here?

Of course and he has been very upfront about it too. Not a hidden agenda unlike some Russian deals/loans that are slowly surfacing from the family swamp.

Yep-the point is that a broad brush stroke painting all of one group one particular way is ridiculous. I don't paint all Rep as the evil empire, just one particular family of liars.
