McCloughan has also served as personnel exec for Seattle. He’s been around the league and is extremely well-regarded for his ability to scout. He’s found many mid and late round gems.

Richard Sherman, Bobby Wagner, Russell Wilson, Byron Maxwell, Kam Chancellor, Dashon Goldson and Frank Gore were all players drafted by teams he was in charge of or a part of.

Apparently the plan is to gather every failed GM who can scout.

Oh yeah, no "welcome to Cleveland" indoctrination required.

He has been sober for weeks....... wait until he reads Ghoolie's posts on here

Yes...he has had his problems with booze.   But...he is not really in a Senior position....he is just a consultant/scout.  So any input on him is welcome...as it seems to be just on a temporary basis.

All I can say is that as a guy with an Irish/Scotch background.....like Dorsey and McCloughan....its good to be Gaelic.

Scot McCloughan has been quoted as saying Kirk Cousins is “nothing special”

Said if he could take a QB this draft, it would be Baker Mayfield

All signs keep pointing to Baker
