Mr. T Posted June 4, 2009 Report Share Posted June 4, 2009 I used to think if there isnt a labor agreement between the players and owners that it would mean free will spending. Dont count on it. The owners will pull back on the reigns on large contracts as a tool to force the players union to agree with their terms.
