The Gipper
Uhmmm....just curious why the last two posts had Johnny Manziel attending Oklahoma. These are all Oklahoma QBs. JMZ played for Texas A&M. I know that their colors and uniforms look almost exactly alike....but still....how can we forget?
Zombo
If these are all from this century: the guy that won the National championship but no the Heisman is Josh Hueppel. The three Heisman winners are White, Bradford and Mayfield. Mayfield would be the most decorated .. 3 time all big ten guy. White would be the two time Davey Obrien guy. And Bradford would the other guy Z

OK...answers The Top Guy is Josh White......who went undrafted and never played in the NFL The bottom guy here is OK/UCLA QB Troy Aikman......#1 overall pick....HOF

Interestingly.....of these 4 Oklahoma (Aikman half Okie).....3 won the Heisman........but it is the non-Heisman winner..Aikman... that they all had to strive toward in their pro careers. Three of the 4 went with the #1 overall pick....and the other guy went undrafted. Also...IF you count Aikman.....then that makes Oklahoma only the second school with at least 3 QBs taken with the #1 overall pick: Aikman, Bradford, Mayfield. If you do not count Aikman....it still means that OK joins with 3 other schools to have 2 #1 overall pick QBs: Notre Dame(Bertelli, Dancewiscz) and Cal (Bartkowski, Goff)....and... But they would all still take a back seat to Stanford who has had 4 QBs taken with the #1 overall pick: Bobby Garrett, Jim Plunkett, John Elway, Andrew Luck.
